Wireless gaming mice are certainly not the most popular with many, but the Logitech G Pro Wireless should not be ignored. The flyweight brings Logitech’s latest technology and a lot of development work with it. We have checked for you whether the high-priced rodent can also hold its own in the gaming sector.
For € 60.00* the Logitech G Pro Wireless is certainly not a bargain, but is suitable for left- and right-handers. This is made possible by the symmetrical shape and the interchangeable thumb buttons. These can be replaced by key caps and are suitable for both sides. Otherwise the mouse has two mouse buttons and a normal mouse wheel. We look in vain for a DPI switch on the upper side, which is located on the underside. For players who want to change their mouse speed while playing, this mouse is already off the grid.
Speaking of bottom side, there we also find an on/off switch and a storage possibility for the USB dongle. Practical, at least if you remember to always pack the dongle.
With only 80 grams despite batteries and a size of 125 x 63.5 x 40 mm, the mouse is impressively light and quite small. Despite the huge paws that the mouse has tested, it lies very well in the hand. We can say with a clear conscience that the ergonomics are right and the soft-touch surface makes the story even more pleasant. The low weight is achieved by optimising the material used and the construction method. If you take off the cover, you notice how thin and yet stable it is.
You don’t want to do without a wired solution? Then simply connect the supplied 1.8 m long, fabric-sheathed USB charging cable. The mouse also works without the USB dongle. But is a wireless mouse necessary to use it in the end with a cable? I don’t think so.
