With its entry into the air purifier market, Dreame presents two smart devices that take technology and comfort to a new level. The PM20 and PM10 combine sophisticated sensor technology, ingenious air circulation and efficient filter technology – perfect for modern living and working spaces.
Increasing sensitivity to air quality in everyday life meets technological innovation: With the AirPursue PM20 and PM10, Dreame is launching its first air purifiers on the market, setting a clear accent in a growing segment of smart household appliances. The two models differ primarily in terms of performance and additional functions – but both offer a strong overall package for clean air and smart control.
- Dual Airway Circulation for fast, comprehensive air purification
- Intelligent radar and CO₂ sensor technology for automatic power adjustment
- 4-stage filter system with HEPA-13, activated carbon and antibacterial coating
- UVC and plasma technology to eliminate viruses and bacteria
Smart sensor technology for efficient air exchange
One of the highlights of the new Dreame air purifiers is the millimeter-precise radar sensor technology. It precisely detects whether there are people in the room and automatically adjusts the cleaning performance. This keeps the air quality consistently high while optimizing energy consumption. In addition, a CO₂ sensor monitors the freshness level of the room air in real time – a feature that is particularly beneficial in well-insulated indoor spaces.
The PM20 also offers an integrated PTC heating element that generates warm air up to 40 °C in just three seconds. This function makes it not only an air purifier, but also a small, intelligent heat source – ideal for use in the morning or on cool days.
Air purification on two levels: The Dual Airway System
Both models use the Dual Airway Circulation System, which ejects clean air both upwards and forwards. This two-track air distribution significantly increases the effectiveness of cleaning:
- Vertical air circulation: the wide air outlet powerfully ejects cleaned air upwards and ensures rapid circulation.
- Horizontal jet flow: A strong forward flow distributes the air evenly – even in larger rooms.
With a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 400 m³/h, the PM20 is designed for rooms up to 48 m². The PM10 offers 300 m³/h and is therefore suitable for areas up to 36 m². These values show that Dreame not only focuses on aesthetics and smart features with its appliances, but also on a powerful core function.
State-of-the-art filter technology
Air quality stands and falls with the filter system – and here too Dreame demonstrates its innovative strength. Both appliances work with a 4-stage filter system consisting of the following components:
- Pre-filter to capture coarse particles such as dust or hair
- Antibacterial silver ion layer to reduce germs
- H13 True HEPA filter, which removes 99.97% of all particles down to 0.3 micrometres
- Activated carbon filter against odors and harmful gases
In addition, UVC light sterilization and plasma technology are used. This combination – referred to by Dreame as “Dual Elimination Technology” – provides additional disinfection of the air by actively neutralizing bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms.
Both devices are controlled via an intuitive LCD display that provides real-time data on particle concentration (PM1, PM2.5, PM10), TVOC, CO₂, temperature and humidity. This is complemented by full app integration and voice control via Alexa or Google Assistant.
Conclusion: lots of technology for fresh air
With the PM20 and PM10, Dreame has made a strong entry into the air purification market. The devices combine high-quality technology with intelligent control and practical additional functions. The combination of radar detection, dual air circulation and disinfection functions in particular makes the models an attractive proposition – and not just for allergy sufferers or technology fans.
The PM20 will be available from mid-June for €899, the PM10 for €799. Both appliances are available via the Dreame website, Amazon, Media Markt, Saturn and OTTO.
