With the Solix C2000 Gen 2, Anker is launching a powerful and durable power station that is specially designed for off-grid use, motorhomes and emergency power solutions. This article looks at the technical details, special features and market entry – ideal for anyone looking at modern energy solutions.
Highlights
- Capacity: 2,048 Wh with lithium iron phosphate cells (LFP), 4,000 charging cycles up to 80% residual capacity
- Output power: 2,400 W continuous power, peak power up to 4,000 W
- Charging power: up to 1,800 W via socket, up to 800 W via solar modules
- Dimensions & weight: 459 × 250 × 257 mm, approx. 18.9 kg, with carrying handles
Battery and service life
The Solix C2000 Gen 2 uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, which offer a higher cycle stability compared to conventional lithium-ion cells. According to the manufacturer, around 80% of the initial capacity remains after 4,000 charging cycles. In practice, this means that sufficient power remains even after years of intensive use.
Performance data worth seeing
The Powerstation delivers 2,400 W continuously and up to 4,000 W for short periods – the latter especially when starting power-hungry devices. A TT-30 connection, which is often used in motorhomes, is also on board. For USB devices, the device offers USB-C with up to 140 W charging power. The C2000 Gen 2 can be charged with up to 1,800 W at the socket and up to 800 W via solar modules. The manufacturer’s website also states an idle consumption of just 9 W – a value that saves energy in the long term, especially in standby situations.
With dimensions of 459 × 250 × 257 mm and a weight of approx. 18.9 kg, the station is not light, but with carrying handles it is at least transportable. For many applications – especially stationary or in a vehicle – this weight is acceptable in terms of performance and features. Thanks to the solar charging (up to 800 W), energy can be generated independently – ideal when traveling, camping or as an emergency power solution.
The combination with stationary mains power allows flexible charging depending on the situation. The choice of LFP cells is clearly aimed at longevity. With a typical service life of over 4,000 charging cycles, the C2000 Gen 2 should last for decades with moderate use. With 2,400 W (4,000 W peak), larger consumers such as refrigerators, lighting or consumer electronics can also be operated – at least for limited periods of time. For continuous use of large consumers, an additional battery system or a more powerful model would make sense.
US market launch & availability
The Anker Solix C2000 Gen 2 aims to score points with its powerful performance, long-lasting battery and versatile connectivity. The launch is currently only for the US market – a specific European market launch has not yet been confirmed. The manufacturer has set October 28, 2025 as the official US launch date. The US price will be 1,499 US dollars (RRP), with introductory prices on the launch date. Unfortunately, it is still unclear when the model will be launched in this country. More information can be found on the official website.
