At a time when rising energy costs and climate awareness are increasingly influencing the behavior of households, Anker SOLIX is sending a strong signal for the future of decentralized energy supply with the new Solarbank Multisystem. With high flexibility, technical sophistication and surprising simplicity of installation and operation, the system promises not only cost savings but also an environmentally friendly power supply.

Highlights

  • Up to four solar banks can be combined and deliver up to 4.8 kW output power.
  • Expandable to up to 64 kWh storage capacity with plug-and-play installation.
  • Compatibility with EV chargers enables future-proof mobility solutions.
  • Available to pre-order from EUR 399 (Power Dock); 25% discount until 01.09.2025 for registered buyers.

Flexible performance – scalable and user-friendly

The heart of the new system is the Anker SOLIX Power Dock. This acts as the central control unit. Up to four Solarbank 3 Pro storage units can be operated simultaneously via the dock. Up to 3,600 W solar input power and eight solar modules are possible per bank, achieving a combined maximum of 14.4 kW PV power.

Up to 4.8 kW can be fed into the home grid at the same time – more than twice as much as with conventional balcony solutions. The storage system is also impressively scalable: with up to five expansion batteries per bank, the system can achieve a total capacity of up to 64 kWh. Thanks to PluginPower technology, extensions can be implemented without the need for specialist personnel.

This is entirely in the spirit of a modern, modular system for energy. This flexibility means one thing above all: needs-based investment. Instead of buying a large system straight away, you can start with a single unit and expand it depending on your electricity consumption and budget – a clear advantage over traditional home storage solutions with high initial costs.

Intelligent control for maximum benefit

The multi-system is not only strong on the hardware side, but also well thought-out on the software side: with Anker Intelligence and the SOLIX Smart Meter, it integrates an AI-based control system. This analyzes weather forecasts and consumption patterns in order to optimally time feed-in and storage. This is a particularly smart advantage for users of dynamic electricity tariffs.

A major efficiency factor: the system only requires DC-AC conversion. This results in fewer conversion losses and more of the energy generated can actually be used. This is a technical advantage that should not be underestimated, especially at higher outputs.

EV-ready: charging infrastructure included

A highlight for owners or future buyers of electric vehicles is the compatibility with the new Anker SOLIX V1 Smart EV Charger. This supports both 7.4 kW (single-phase) and 11 kW (three-phase) and can be operated directly via the power dock.

The intelligent charging function adapts to energy availability and user behavior – particularly practical for smart households. Charging solutions from third-party providers can also be connected as long as they have CEE plugs. This means the system remains future-proof and open to new technologies.

Conclusion

With the Solarbank Multisystem, Anker SOLIX offers a well thought-out, technically strong and flexibly scalable solution for modern households. The combination of high output power, simple expandability and compatibility with future technologies makes the system particularly attractive for all those who want to take their energy supply into their own hands. The Power Dock is now available to pre-order for an RRP of €399. Matching bundles are also available.
