ASRock is entering the AIO liquid cooling market with its new Rock Series. Eight models in 240- and 360-mm sizes—each available in black or white and featuring either a display or ARGB lighting—are designed to provide straightforward cooling without any frills. The manufacturer promises 0 dB silent cooling and a six-year warranty.
With the Rock Series, ASRock is deliberately positioning itself between entry-level and premium coolers. Instead of focusing on as many features as possible, the series aims for one thing above all else, according to the manufacturer: a solid, everyday-use AIO liquid cooler that’s easy to install and built to last. The motto is “Solid Starts Simple.”
Eight models, two sizes, two editions
The Rock Series is divided into two radiator sizes and two trim levels. The 240-mm models use two fans, while the 360-mm variants use three. Each size is available in black and white, either as a Digital Edition with a small display or as an ARGB Edition with an illuminated CPU block. That makes a total of eight combinations, which differ only in size, color, and display but are technically based on the same platform.

ASRock has not yet commented on pricing, availability, or supported CPU sockets. The announcement also completely lacks details on pump speed, flow rate, or maximum fan speed.
Display models show the CPU temperature in real time
The Digital Editions feature a 1.05-inch display directly on the pump unit that shows the CPU temperature in real time. ASRock has not yet confirmed whether custom wallpapers or additional system metrics can also be displayed on it. This has become standard among other manufacturers, so it would come as no surprise if ASRock were to add these features via software.
The ARGB variant does away with the display and instead features an illuminated CPU block with a continuous ARGB strip that can be synchronized with the radiator fans. Those who prefer a more understated look should opt for the Digital Edition, while those who want lighting inside the case should choose the ARGB version.
0 dB Silent Cooling and the Pump Technology Behind It
At the heart of every Rock Series AIO is a 3-phase pump with six slots and a dual-sided intake design, which is intended to ensure a more even flow. Under light load, the pre-installed fans are designed to stop completely thanks to “0 dB Silent Cooling”; ASRock refers to this as Zero-RPM mode. This feature is already common in many air coolers and power supplies, but it is not yet standard across the board for AIO liquid cooling systems.
To connect the water block to the radiator, ASRock uses hoses made of IIR and EPDM materials, which protect against evaporation and are designed for a long service life. The company’s proprietary Therm-X1 thermal paste is used, pre-applied to the water block.
Build Quality and Warranty
On all models, the fans are factory-mounted on the radiator and housed in a uniform frame, complemented by neat cable management. ASRock is clearly targeting beginners and hobbyists who want to install an AIO liquid cooling system without a lot of fiddling. The six-year warranty is a solid promise for this price segment, provided the price ultimately does indeed fall within the mid-range.
Verdict: Is the ASRock Rock Series Worth It?
ASRock isn’t exactly new to the cooling business, but it hasn’t previously offered any major in-house AIO series for the mass market. The Rock Series comes across as a deliberately understated entry into the market: no gimmicks, just solid technology that, on paper, can hold its own against established brands. Whether this translates to real-world performance remains to be seen in tests, particularly regarding noise levels and cooling performance under full load.
