Beatbot, one of the leading manufacturers of innovative pool robotics, is kicking off the 2026 spring season with two new models in its Sora range: the Beatbot Sora 30 and the Beatbot Sora 10, a new entry-level model designed to make intelligent pool cleaning accessible to a wider audience. Both devices are now available via the official Beatbot website and on Amazon.

What’s new about the Sora series?

The Sora range is positioned as a standalone product line within the Beatbot portfolio – with a clear focus on ease of use, strong design and reliable cleaning performance. Unlike the AquaSense 2 Ultra series, which is designed for AI navigation and deep mapping, or the technologically complex AquaSense X, the Sora series is aimed at pool owners who are looking for a powerful cleaning solution without a lot of configuration effort.

At the heart of both models is the proprietary HydroBalance® architecture, which ensures consistently high suction power and stable movement throughout the cleaning process – even on changing surfaces or walls.

Common features of both models

Sora 30 and Sora 10 share a comprehensive basic feature set that is impressive:

  • 4-zone cleaning: Floor, walls, waterline and shallow underwater areas (from 20 cm depth) are completely covered – without manual intervention.
  • Suction capacity of 25.74 m³/h: Effective against all types of dirt, from fine sand and leaves to algae residues.
  • 5-liter dirt container with 150 µm ultra-fine filter for crystal-clear water.
  • Surface Park technology: Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the robot automatically returns to the water surface thanks to integrated buoyancy technology – no more annoying fishing from the pool floor.
  • App control: Individual cleaning settings, remote monitoring and firmware updates via the Beatbot app (iOS & Android).
  • Pool compatibility: Works in above-ground and in-ground pools of all shapes (rectangular, round, kidney-shaped, free-form) and materials (concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl, fiberglass).
  • Connectivity: WLAN + Bluetooth.

Visually, both models rely on striking, trendy colors with deep black accents – a look that clearly stands out from the rather sober aesthetics of many competing products.

Beatbot Sora 30: The flagship of the new series

The Sora 30 is the premium model in the new series. The slim, minimalist housing with soft contours and flowing lines creates a modern look that blends harmoniously into the surroundings of an outdoor area.

In terms of technology, the Sora 30 stands out above all with its larger battery: With 10,000 mAh, it manages up to 5 hours of floor cleaning in a single pass – enough for pools with a cleaning area of up to 300 m². Beatbot claims up to 4.5 hours for combined cleaning of the floor, walls and waterline. Charging takes around 4.5 hours via a 65 W quick charge.

Beatbot Sora 10: Affordable entry without major compromises

The Sora 10 offers almost the same range of functions as the flagship model – including 4-zone cleaning, HydroBalance® technology, 5-liter filter and app control – at a significantly lower price. The only notable difference is the smaller battery: at 7,800 mAh, the runtime is slightly shorter, but this is perfectly adequate for smaller and medium-sized pools.

So if you don’t have a 300 m² pool to maintain and can live with slightly shorter runtimes, the Sora 10 is an attractive alternative for €699 (RRP incl. VAT).

The Sora series in the context of the Beatbot portfolio

With the Sora series, Beatbot is filling an important gap in its portfolio. The models available to date, such as the Beatbot AquaSense or the AquaSense 2 Pro, are technologically more complex and correspondingly more expensive. The Sora models, on the other hand, focus on the essentials: thorough cleaning, simple operation and an attractive design – without the premium price of the AquaSense 2 Ultra class.

The recently introduced Beatbot Sora 70 also belongs to the same family and also has an active skimmer function for surface cleaning. So if you are looking for the full 360° approach including surface care, you should keep an eye on the Sora 70 – the market launch is also planned for spring 2026.

For comparison: Beatbot also offers the iSkim Ultra, a pure surface cleaner with a solar panel – so if you are looking for a specialized skimmer, you will find an interesting alternative there.

Spring cleaning promotion: up to 35% discount

To coincide with the start of the pool season, Beatbot has launched a spring cleaning promotion. For a limited time, selected products are available with discounts of up to 35% on the official Beatbot website and on Amazon. So if you’re thinking about buying a pool robot, you should keep an eye on this promotion.

Conclusion

With the Sora 30 and Sora 10, Beatbot is launching two pool robots onto the market that appeal to a clear target group: pool owners who are looking for reliable, fully automatic cleaning without having to work their way through complex AI functions. The key technical data is solid – 25.74 m³/h suction power, 5-liter filter and 4-zone cleaning are not a matter of course in this price range.

We will find out in a detailed test whether the two newcomers prove themselves in practice. If you would like to find out more about pool robots in the meantime, you can find more information in our WYBOT C2 Vision test or the Beatbot AquaSense 2 Ultra test.
