Now, with the Bluetti EB3A, a solar generator is coming onto the market that not only wants to make its user independent of common power connections. With dimensions of 255 x 180 x 183 mm at a weight of just 4.6 kg, the Bluetti EB3A is a pleasingly compact power station. Especially in direct comparison to its big siblings like the also presented at this year’s Funkausstellung, the Bluetti EP600, the small power station is far more handy. Here, the manufacturer seems to have all those in mind for whom a classic powerbank is simply too small for the weekend camping trip.

Since the battery is supposed to be able to hold a total of 269 Wh, you should be able to charge some notebooks and smartphones with it. But not only that. The Bluetti EB3A has a classic power socket, to which you can also connect lamps or even household appliances. In terms of power, you get 600 watts permanently here. Peak values of up to 1,200 watts are also supposed to be possible for a short time. Besides the power socket, you will also find a USB-C port and two USB-A ports. The Qi charging surface is also particularly practical. It can charge the smartphone with up to 15 watts, for example. Once the battery is empty, you can revive it at a rapid speed.

Thanks to turbo mode, the Bluetti EB3A is supposed to be charged with an astonishing 350 watts, which is supposed to boost the battery level from 0 to 80 percent within 45 minutes. Even more power is possible if you supplement this with the solar modules. This way, a maximum output of 430 watts is achieved. Those who want to rely on the solar cells alone can charge with a considerable 200 watts.
