Conow CBE2000 Pro: The intelligent Balcony Power Station with AI HEMS

The energy transition reaches the next level: Conow presents the new CBE2000 Pro, a state-of-the-art home energy management system (HEMS) that uses artificial intelligence to efficiently control energy flows in the home. The balcony energy storage device is designed not only to significantly reduce electricity costs, but also to simplify everyday life through smart automation. Conow focuses on plug-and-play convenience, modular expandability and impressive performance data, making it one of the most exciting solutions on the market.

  • 2500W bidirectional inverter with intelligent energy planning
  • Supports on-grid and off-grid operation with up to 5000W peak power
  • Expandable battery modules from 2-12 kWh, up to 36 kWh in parallel operation
  • AI-based energy management including dynamic tariff control

Conow CBE2000 Pro: Powerful AI HEMS

The Conow CBE2000 Pro balcony power station relies on a remarkable hardware basis: A 2500W inverter ensures stable energy conversion, more than twice as powerful as many comparable systems. In on-grid mode, the system automatically and intelligently adjusts energy consumption to current electricity prices.

The integrated time-of-use mode uses stored electricity during expensive peak times, while the dynamic tariff mode optimizes the energy flow when tariffs change. In winter in particular, the AI HEMS system benefits from an intelligent charging mode that uses grid energy to top up the battery when electricity prices are low.

In off-grid mode, the CBE2000 Pro delivers up to 5000W peak power – enough to operate essential devices during power outages or for use in mobile applications. Thanks to a switchover time of just 10 milliseconds, consumers remain supplied without interruption even during grid failures.

The flexibility is equally impressive: with expandable battery modules from 2 to 12 kWh (up to 36 kWh in parallel operation), the system is suitable for a wide range of household sizes. Up to 2600W PV power with four MPP trackers enable optimum use of solar energy. According to Conow, the system can save an average of up to 1,116 euros in electricity costs per year.

Intelligent software meets smart networking

At the heart of the CBE2000 Pro balcony power plant from Conow is the AI-supported Home Energy Management System (AI HEMS), which is based on the Tuya platform. This results in a comprehensive ecosystem for energy management.

The Conow app can be used not only to control energy flows, but also to integrate devices such as lighting, heating, air conditioning or electric car charging stations into the system. This creates a holistically networked smart home approach that harmonizes power generation, consumption and storage.

The AI continuously analyzes the household’s consumption behavior, reacts to changing weather conditions and dynamically adjusts charging and discharging times. In combination with real-time data on electricity tariffs, the system maximizes the self-consumption rate and reduces expensive grid purchases. In addition, an integrated display provides information on current performance values, while a built-in chatbot assists with questions or problems.

The CBE2000 Pro uses artificial intelligence to provide clear action plans that can be implemented at the touch of a finger. So you always benefit from the optimum energy settings, without any technical expertise.

Simple installation and high suitability for everyday use

Another plus point is the uncomplicated installation of the CBE2000 Pro on the balcony: thanks to standardized MC4 and Schuko plugs, the system is ready for use almost immediately. The two-step commissioning process is more reminiscent of integrating a smart home device than setting up a complex energy station. Existing solar systems can also be easily retrofitted via the backup port.

The compact, weatherproof design (IP65) allows both indoor and outdoor use. The integrated BMS (Battery Management System) has a self-heating function that easily copes with temperatures from -20 to +55 degrees. With 6,000 charging cycles, the long-life LiFePO4 battery offers a service life of over ten years. The manufacturer’s warranty also covers the entire 10-year period, providing additional peace of mind.
