Cooler Master: Practical mousepad combo to come

Cooler Master wants to bring an exciting set for gamers to Europe. It not only consists of a keyboard and mouse, but also a matching mouse pad. The three-part hardware set from the PC experts is supposed to have some exciting features. The first thing that catches the eye is the pretty RGB lighting.

Perfect for beginners

The gaming set is primarily aimed at beginners who don’t want to spend too much money on input devices. And they should be right on target with the MS112 combo. The heart of the set is the USB 2.0 keyboard. Cooler Master has equipped it with exclusive hybrid-linear Mem-Chanical switches. Although these are not high-quality mechanical switches, the special alternative is supposed to offer a good imitation of them. Cooler Master emphasizes the great results in the keyboard’s performance and responsiveness data. The gaming keyboard is based on a plastic case in inconspicuous black. Here, Cooler Master embeds the keys, which are supposed to withstand 50 million clicks each. The 6-zone RGB LEDs are supposed to provide visual highlights. Apart from the even illumination through the RGB LEDs, the keyboard is also supposed to have indispensable features like anti-ghosting, function keys and a key lock function for Windows on board.

The keyboard’s small feet are supposed to provide ergonomics for typing and gaming.

Another part of the set is a lightweight mouse that weighs just 89 grams. The small input device relies on a PixArt 5050 sensor, which is supposed to support a maximum of 3200 dpi. That should be enough for average gamers. So that you can set the dpi individually, it offers a choice of 400, 800, 1,600 and 3,200 dpi. This can be conveniently set on the small nager. However, lefties have to accept a big downer with the MS112 mouse. After all, it is only suitable for righties. Like the keyboard, the small mouse naturally also offers a nice RGB illumination. A total of three zones should ensure that the gaming peripherals are nicely illuminated. The specs of the keyboard and mouse match in terms of the sampling rate. Thus, both devices offer 1,000 Hz and 1 ms, respectively.

Price and Availability

The third component of the entry-level set for gamers is a matching mouse pad. Here, Cooler Master relies on a 0.5 mm thin support surface made of polycarbonate. The custom-made mouse pad measures 27 cm in width and 21.5 cm in depth. Thus, it shouldn’t be too big or too small. So even on small tables you will be able to use the set without any problems.

All three components of the set fit together like a glove.

At what price the attractive set will be available, we do not know yet. However, you can take a look at Asia, where the bundle is already available. There, Cooler Master charges the equivalent of just under 120 Euros. Apart from the price, the release date is also still uncertain. We will inform you as soon as we know when the MS112 set will be available in this country.
