An exciting innovation in the field of PC cases was presented by manufacturer CyberpowerPC at CES 2022 with the new Kinetic Series chassis series. The special feature: the front consists of 18 movable flaps that open automatically when additional air is needed. Thanks to the futuristic design, it looks like the PC is breathing.
The unique CyberpowerPC Kinetic Series
US manufacturer CyberpowerPC has unveiled a unique new PC case at CES 2022 called the “Kinetic Series Chassis”. The case’s front panel features 18 individually automated vents that open or close to increase or decrease airflow, depending on how much cooling is needed at any given time.
When designing the PC case, the company says it was inspired by kinetic architecture. Inside, CyberpowerPC installs a system of sensors that measures the temperature of the installed hardware every five seconds. Based on the measurement, the case independently decides whether the ventilation flaps need to be adjusted.
However, the adjustments are not limited to simply opening and closing, but rather opening and adjusting in real time to each degree of temperature change. It senses the entire environment to adjust to temperatures at all times.
