Computer hardware and peripheral manufacturer DeepCool has unveiled a new CPU cooler that is said to be a match for even the most powerful chips. The new AK620 is a new high-performance dual-tower CPU cooler that features six copper heatpipes and two 120mm FDB fans.
Powerful cooling performance
The DeepCool AK620 CPU Cooler is a powerful and quiet dual-tower CPU cooler equipped with dual 120mm fans for superior cooling performance. A precision-machined convex bottom and six heatpipes running along two high-density fin stacks help the AK620 deliver 260W of heat output, according to the manufacturer.
Two DeepCool FT120 PWM fans, rotating at 500 to 1,850 rpm, with fluid dynamic bearings are said to provide longevity and enable quiet operation without sacrificing cooling potential.
The Deepcool AK620 comes in at a net weight of 1,456 grams with dimensions of 127 × 110 × 157 millimeters for the heatsink alone and 129 × 138 × 160 millimeters with fans as well as covers. Six 6-millimeter-diameter nickel-plated copper heatpipes lead away from the convex baseplate.
In fan dual mode, the compatible RAM height is 43 millimeters, or 59 millimeters in single mode, according to the manufacturer. In terms of CPU sockets, the Deepcool AK620 is compatible with Intel’s LGA 2066/2011-v3/2011/1200/1151/1150/1155 and AMD’s AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/FM2+/FM2/FM1, covering almost all current scenarios.
Price and Availability
The DeepCool AK620 CPU cooler will be available in stores by the end of September. The RRP is 59.99 euros. The online store Alternate lists the AK620 with a delivery date starting September 30 at a price of 69.90 euros.
