DeepCool introduces new midi tower, gaming mice and fans

The PC hardware experts from DeepCool have introduced new products. Besides pretty cases and promising gaming mice, performance fans with fancy RGB effects are also part of the party.

Midi-Tower: CK500, CK500WH, CK560, and CK560WH

First up are the new cases that DeepCool has announced. Both CK500 and CK560 are united not only by reliable airflow, but also by the freedom to choose between black and white designs. What is striking, regardless of the color, is the minimalist design that the cases offer. While the CK500 series comes with a massive front, DeepCool relies on an eye-catching crosshair pattern for the CK560.

As an expert in cooling solutions, DeepCool naturally pays attention to the best ventilation in its cases as well. Thus, compared to its predecessors, the manufacturer has enlarged the ventilation openings, which is supposed to provide better air flows. The CK500 comes with two pre-installed fans, the CK560 even has four. The three ARGB fans on the front of the CK560 not only provide good air circulation, but also create pretty lighting effects.

In addition to looks, convenience in assembly naturally plays a big role as well. Both midi cases should be able to accommodate motherboards in E-ATX design. Processor coolers are supported up to a size of 175 mm, while the graphics card length is supposed to end at 380 mm. The tool-free memory mounts sound particularly practical. They are supposed to allow for an uncomplicated installation and removal of SSDs and HDDs. The control panel at the front offers 2x USB-A (3.0) as well as 1x USB-C (3.1) and 1x 3.5 mm jack.

Gaming Mice: MG350 and MG510

DeepCool also obviously wants to broaden its focus in the field of gaming mice. First, there’s the wired MG350, which DeepCool equips with the PixArt PAW3335, which offers 16,000 DPI. The MG510 is wireless and has a battery life of up to 36 hours. The PixArt PAW3370 with 19,000 DPI is supposed to provide precision here.

Not only the sensor performance, but also the performance of the switches can convince. These come from the promising manufacturer OMRON and should be able to withstand up to 20 million clicks. Thanks to PTFE feet, both gaming mice should be able to glide over the table or mouse pad as smoothly as possible.

Fan: FC120

Last but not least, DeepCool has also introduced a fan with the FC120, which is not only supposed to score with an improved cooling performance. On top of that, DeepCool installs a special hydro bearing, which should cause less noise despite higher performance. The fan’s cable management should also meet modern requirements. Thus, only one cable is needed per fan for installation. Not only the required power is to be passed on via this.

On top of that, the data signal for the RGB lighting runs through this cable. Thus, a total of four FC120 fans can be connected in series with only one cable. Friends of a tidy cable management will certainly be happy about that. A cumbersome fan hub is not needed. Thanks to the individually addressable RGB LEDs, you should be able to conjure up pretty lighting effects with the FC120. DeepCool promises a quick and easy setup without the need for separate software.

Price and Availability

All three new products will be available from DeepCool’s online store in January 2022. For the CK500(WH), the hardware expert is calling for an MSRP of 79.99 euros. The CK560(WH), in turn, is said to have an MSRP of 99.99 euros. The MG350 costs 59.99 euros, while the MG510 costs 74.99 euros. For its new fans in the form of the FC120, DeepCool charges 17.99 euros (single) or 39.99 euros (pack of three).
