Dell Latitude 5330, 5430 and 5530 at a glance

The Latitude 5330, 5430 and 5530 models, which are primarily focused on versatility, kick things off. The 5330 is a 2-in-1 convertible, while the other two models are classic notebooks.

They are powered by Intel Core processors from the 12th generation up to Core i7 and rely on a 15-inch display including 4K resolution, which combines features like ComfortView Plus and Super Low Power with an optional touchscreen. They also have an “ExpressConnect” feature, thanks to which two network connections can be used simultaneously. 4G LTE and eSIM are optionally available.

The Dell Latitude 5330, 5430 and 5530 models are made from 71 percent recycled or renewed materials and have smart privacy features. This allows the notebooks to detect who is looking at the screen or if you are currently not in front of the notebook. Thanks to a neural noise cancellation feature, the speakers and microphones are said to have an improved quality that effectively blocks out background noise. Dell itself calls the models “the world’s smallest and lightest, most scalable PCs in their class”.

Dell Latitude 5431 and 5531: More Power

There’s even more power in the Dell Latitude 5431 and 5531 notebooks, which also focus on a compact and versatile design. They also offer the intelligent security features, ExpressConnect and neural noise cancelling of the microphones and speakers.

Thanks to Express Sign-in, the laptop automatically wakes up when you approach it and locks up when you move away. In addition, the notebooks are certified according to military standard MIL-STD 810H and are thus particularly robust.

Inside the notebooks is a 12th generation Intel Core processor up to i7 P28 vPro (Latitude 5431) or i7 H45 vPro in the case of the 5531. It is supported by up to 64GB of soldered DDR5 working memory with 4800 MHz and Intel Iris Xe Graphics. Optionally, both notebooks are also offered with an NVIDIA GeForce MX550 graphics solution.

In terms of storage, both Dell Latitude notebooks offer a choice of up to 2 terabytes of M.2 SSD storage in the case of the 5431 and up to 4 TB in the case of the 5531. Both models differ primarily in terms of the display:

The Latitude 5431 relies on a 14-inch panel, which is offered in different variants. The resolution of the anti-glare display is Full HD and it is optionally available with or without touch controls. The manufacturer relies on a 15.6-inch panel for the Latitude 5531, which is offered with 4K resolution in addition to Full HD (optionally also as a touchscreen).

The 5431 relies on a 64 Wh battery consisting of four cells, while the larger 5531 is also optionally offered with a battery including a capacity of 97 Wh. Besides 4G LTE and eSIM, the notebooks also rely on Wi-Fi 6E.

Dell Latitude 7330, 7430 and 7530

The 7000 models also turn out exciting. According to the manufacturer, the Dell Latitude 7330 is the “smallest and lightest 13-inch 16:9 laptop in the world”. The lightweight only weighs 0.967 kg and still offers a wide range of ports.

The 2-in-1 convertible can also be folded down and used as a compact tablet. All the important features of the aforementioned models are also used here, as well as a current 12th generation Intel Core processor. The Latitude 7430, also a convertible, relies on a 14-inch panel, while the 7530 is a classic notebook with a 15.6-inch display.

Both convertibles can also be paired with the brand-new Dell Premier Rechargeable Active Pen, which also makes use of tile location tracking via Bluetooth, allowing it to be located from a great distance.

Dell Latitude 9430: Powerful notebook, optionally as convertible

The new top model is called Dell Latitude 9430 and is offered as a classic notebook or as a 2-in-1 convertible. In addition to all the features of the above models, the convertible has a 14-inch 16:10 display with a QHD+ resolution (2560 x 1600 pixels) and touch controls. On the other hand, you have to make do with Full HD+ (1920 x 1200 pixels) in the normal notebook.

The 12th generation Intel Core processor is supported by up to 32 GB LPDDR5 working memory with 5,200 MHz and an M.2 SSD with up to 1 TB of storage space. The two models also feature Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 and offer, for example, two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 including PowerDelivery and DisplayPort or USB 3.2 Gen 1 with PowerShare.
