Only recently Dell presented the XPS 15 9000 in a new design. The notebook should now also be available in the color variant Arctic White shortly. Dell doesn’t change anything in the top model’s features, though.
The XPS 15 was officially introduced in mid-May. Now, only a few months later, the manufacturer Dell announced that they wanted to additionally offer the notebook in the color variant Arctic White – so far this version is only sold in Asia. In this country, it is only available in the Platinum Silver version so far.
Apart from the colour, there are no differences between the new XPS 15 and the previously available one. Features include a 15.6 inch, 500 nits bright 16:10 display, available in either Full HD or 4K resolution, an i9-10880H from Intel Core and the graphics card GeForce GTX 1650 Ti from Nvidia, which has 4 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory. The main memory is between 8 and 64 GB, the integrated PCIe SSD can hold a maximum of 2 TB.
Features are completed by two Thunderbolt 3 ports, an SD card reader, an AUX output, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and a battery that can hold either 56 or 86 Wh. The notebook is only 1.8 cm thick and weighs between 1.83 and 2.05 kg.
The color variant Arctic White is supposed to be launched on the market this summer. In terms of price, it should not differ from the already available version Platinum Silver. It will probably cost between 1,699 and 2,399 euros. It is directly available from Dell.
