devolo at Network X 2025: Smart solutions for the network of tomorrow

At this year’s Network X trade fair in Paris, devolo is presenting an impressive range of innovations for modern network infrastructures. The portfolio ranges from WiFi 7 routers and mesh systems, powerline adapters and repeaters to solutions for fiber optic networking and electromobility. With new products such as the WiFi 7 BE9300, the Giga Bridge and the MultiNode LAN, the German company is underlining its claim to be a full-service provider of powerful and scalable network technology.

  • New Wi-Fi 7 routers with up to 9,300 Mbit/s transmission rate
  • Powerline and repeater solutions for seamless network coverage
  • Giga Bridge for high-performance fiber optic integration
  • MultiNode LAN for scalable EV charging infrastructure

WLAN 7: The new standard for high-speed home networks

With the new devolo WiFi 7 BE6500 and BE9300 Tri-Band router models, devolo is introducing its next generation of routers. These devices support the future-oriented Wi-Fi 7 standard (802.11be), which enables significant increases in performance thanks to technologies such as multi-link operation, OFDMA and MU-MIMO. Combined with bandwidths of up to 320 MHz, the routers create a stable connection across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz frequencies.

Thanks to Gigabit ports (3 × 1 Gbit, 1 × 2.5 Gbit) and the WPA2 and WPA3 security standards, not only fast but also protected data transmission is guaranteed. The tri-band version achieves an impressive 9,300 Mbps, making it ideal for data-intensive applications such as cloud gaming or 8K streaming. The modular design – available as a single router, 2-mesh or 3-mesh kit – allows home networks to be set up and expanded in a targeted manner. The market launch of the new series is planned for early 2026.

Extended connectivity with WiFi 6 and Powerline

In addition to the new Wi-Fi 7 line-up, devolo is presenting the WiFi 6 Router 3600 5G LTE – a solution for regions without fixed-line Internet. The router connects via mobile networks (3G, 4G, 5G) and still offers Wi-Fi 6 convenience, including 2.5 and 1 Gbps LAN ports and an analog telephone connection via FXS port.

The proven Magic Powerline system is also being further developed. Powerline adapters such as the Magic 2 WiFi 6 next use existing power lines for data transmissions of up to 3,000 Mbps. This allows remote rooms or entire floors to be efficiently networked. For short distances, repeaters such as the devolo WiFi 6 Repeater 3000 and the 5400 complete the range. Both offer mesh convenience and automatic band steering – perfect for the seamless expansion of existing networks.

Innovative infrastructure: Giga Bridge and MultiNode LAN

With the Giga Bridge, devolo brings Gigabit Internet directly to where it is needed – from the fiber optic endpoint to the router. Instead of costly cable laying, the system uses existing coaxial or telephone lines and achieves net transmission rates of around 1 Gbps. This concept allows easy integration into existing buildings and is compatible with standard routers.

Another trade fair highlight is the MultiNode LAN, a powerline-based solution especially for electric vehicle charging infrastructures. The adapter mounted on top-hat rails creates stable communication between charging points and routers – without any additional cabling. The individual MultiNode devices act as repeaters and can be successively expanded so that over 100 charging points can be connected in a network. This modular scalability significantly reduces installation costs and supports the expansion of sustainable mobility.

Conclusion

With its trade fair presence at Network X, devolo impressively demonstrates how smart networks can be designed to be future-proof. Whether in the home, in commercial buildings or in e-mobility projects – the company covers the entire spectrum of modern connectivity. The new Wi-Fi 7 routers, powerline systems and infrastructure solutions show that devolo continues to set standards even in times of growing digital requirements. All of the products presented will be available from specialist retail partners and the devolo webshop from the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026.
