At IFA 2026 in Berlin, September 4–8, DREO will showcase its most comprehensive portfolio of air products to date: a new generation of air purifiers, the AutoShift360° heating technology, and the DREO Air Intelligence AI system, which combines environmental sensors, automated decision-making, and device control into an autonomous air management system. The manufacturer is participating under the motto “AIR, Mastered.” and will showcase its new products in Hall 9, Booth 130.

In summary: From September 4 to 8, 2026, at IFA in Berlin (Hall 9, Booth 130), DREO will showcase its new “DREO Air Intelligence” ecosystem for automated air management. In addition, the company is introducing a new flagship line of air purifiers featuring TurboPure™ purification technology and AutoShift360° adaptive heating technology, which switches between spot heating and whole-room heating. On September 4, DREO will discuss connected air management in the home with CSA CEO Tobin Richardson on the Dream Stage.

What is DREO Air Intelligence?

DREO Air Intelligence isn’t a single device, but rather a system that brings together several components: sensors that monitor indoor air quality, temperature, and humidity; a software layer that automatically makes decisions based on these values; and connectivity to DREO’s own devices, which respond accordingly. The idea behind it: Users should no longer have to make manual adjustments; instead, their home should regulate air quality on its own.

Olivia Xu, Chief Marketing Officer at DREO, sums it up this way: “People don’t experience well-being at home through a single product. They experience it through the air that surrounds them.” For DREO, it has never been just about stronger airflow, faster heating, or better filtration—it’s about making the air itself work more intelligently.

New Air Purifiers with TurboPure Technology

Leading the product showcase is a new flagship air purifier that, according to DREO, uses the company’s proprietary TurboPure™ technology: a combination of HEPA filtration and intelligent algorithms designed to adapt cleaning performance to the actual indoor air quality. According to the announcement, this is complemented by “immersive user experiences” and deeper smart home integration; however, DREO has not yet provided specific details on airflow, noise levels, or price. These details are likely to be revealed at the earliest during the product launch at the trade show itself.

AutoShift360°: Heating Technology for Winter

In addition to the air purifiers, DREO is announcing AutoShift360°, a new heating technology that can switch between targeted spot heating and heating the entire room, controlled via a newly designed airflow path within the device. DREO describes this as a first glimpse into the company’s upcoming winter innovations; a finished product with a model name is not yet available for IFA.

Panel Discussion on the Dream Stage: Connectivity as the Common Thread

In parallel with the product showcase, DREO is hosting a panel discussion on the IFA Dream Stage titled “How Air, Connectivity, and Intelligence Bridge the Last Mile of Home Wellness.” Among the participants is Tobin Richardson, President and CEO of the Connectivity Standards Alliance, which oversees the Matter smart home standard. The panel will also feature other industry experts from the fields of smart homes, connected health, and air management, and will be moderated by Anna Heim of TechCrunch.

Conclusion

It’s hard to tell before the trade show whether “Air Intelligence” will actually feel like an autonomous air ecosystem in practice or more like yet another app setup that needs to be configured first. But DREO isn’t alone in this announcement: More and more manufacturers are trying to integrate their devices more closely via AI and Matter, rather than selling individual products in isolation. So anyone buying a new air purifier or heater in the fall of 2026 shouldn’t be surprised if AI features and Matter compatibility increasingly become the norm. DREO has not yet provided specific prices, availability dates, or review units; we’ll update this article as soon as new details are announced at IFA itself.
