According to this report, the ultra-wide-angle camera will use a Sony IMX855, and Samsung is apparently relying on Sony for the telephoto cameras as well, rather than its own ISOCELL sensors. This would be an unusual move for an Ultra model, as Samsung traditionally relies on its own sensor division for that line.
According to the leak, the front-facing camera will increase from 12 to 16 megapixels and will feature optical image stabilization and autofocus. Those who shoot a lot of video are likely to notice this more than the additional megapixels.

How reliable are these figures?
Reliable, but nothing more. The battery specs have now appeared in several independent sources, which suggests there’s a genuine database entry behind them. When it comes to the cameras, the situation is a bit different: Quandt himself points out that Samsung is still in the DVT phase—that is, design validation. Individual components can still be swapped out before mass production begins, especially if the prices aren’t right.
There’s also one gap that remains: While the 5x zoom is clearly mentioned in the leaks, there’s no mention anywhere of the focal length covered by the second telephoto lens. A 50-MP replacement for the current 3x camera would be the obvious interpretation, but this hasn’t been confirmed.
