Turtle Beach is a leading gaming accessories manufacturer and is tapping into two additional market segments with its new products, the VelocityOne flight simulator control system and the Recon Controller.

Turtle Beach Recon Controller

Kicking off Turtle Beach’s newly unveiled products is the Recon Controller. With it, the company aims to expand its reach and combine its proprietary audio technology with game controls. Designed for Xbox, the new controller is the first to combine Turtle Beach’s signature audio innovations with game-changing control. In doing so, any wired headset with a standard 3.5mm interface can be used on the Xbox Series X/S as well as the Xbox One, with Turtle Beach’s rated features. These include Signature Audio Presets, Mic Monitoring, Superhuman Hearing and many more.

For better accuracy at long distances, the Pro-Aim mode adjusts the sensitivity of the thumb stick. Up to four profiles can be stored behind the Quick Action buttons. To make the recoil of shots and also the sounds of vehicle engines perceptible to gamers, the controller has two dual-rumble motors in the grips and triggers, which are supported by the next-gen vibration feedback. The controller itself is ergonomically designed and features cooling as well as rubberized grips to maintain comfort even during longer sessions. This was developed in collaboration with pilots and aeronautical engineers and is intended to offer fans of flight simulations an authentic, immersive and modern flight experience. With intuitive and realistic controls, it offers players of all levels a comprehensive system for pure thrills in flight experience. The 180° control horn is true to reality with built-in rudders, providing very precise control of the different types of aircraft. Also included is a modular thrust controller with integrated trim wheel, as well as interchangeable lever handles and various controls, giving players enhanced customization and a realistic flight experience, for heavy and light aircraft types.
