Hewlett-Packard, commonly known as HP, is acquiring Kingston’s gaming peripherals division. This is HyperX, and it’s putting a whopping $425 million on the table for it.
HP is increasing its efforts in the gaming space, where they already have a presence with the Omen brand. HyperX is now contributing all things gaming peripherals like mice, keyboards, headsets and more.
