Munich, May 7, 2025 – At Intersolar Europe 2025, Jackery is presenting its most advanced system for home use to date, the Jackery HomePower 2000 Ultra. The launch at the trade fair for battery storage and solar technology marks Jackery’s strategic move from the outdoor segment into the stationary home energy supply sector.
Jackery HomePower 2000 Ultra: Up to 2800 W solar input
With up to 2800 watts of solar input (in combination with an 800-watt micro inverter and dual MPPT), the Jackery HomePower 2000 Ultra offers above-average photovoltaic efficiency. According to the manufacturer, this can generate up to 3360 kWh of electricity per year.
According to Jackery, this is enough to save up to €1304 in electricity costs per year. The system is fully compatible with standard solar panels on the market and was designed for use in accordance with German Solar Package I guidelines.
Jackery HomePower 2000 Ultra: Flexible storage capacity
The HomePower 2000 Ultra starts with a capacity of 2 kWh, but can be expanded to up to 8 kWh with three additional batteries – enough to supply an average home for up to 1.2 days in the event of a power cut.
The AC output of 1500 W reliably supplies household appliances such as a coffee machine, microwave or e-bike.
Jackery HomePower 2000 Ultra: 80% charge in just 52 minutes
The self-developed bidirectional inverter is particularly noteworthy, bringing the system up to 80% in just 52 minutes via hybrid charging (PV + AC).
Switching between mains and battery operation takes less than 20 milliseconds in the event of a power failure – ideal for critical household loads.
Smart Home ready: control right down to appliance level
The HomePower 2000 Ultra can be fully integrated into the Shelly smart home ecosystem. A connected smart meter enables precise load distribution and optimization in real time.
Energy-intensive devices can be specifically switched on or off via Shelly Smart Plugs to maximize self-consumption. Thanks to intelligent network tariff analysis, the system can automatically charge at low price times and discharge at high price times.
Only 3 W standby consumption – up to 70 % lower night-time losses
Compared to conventional balcony power stations, the HomePower 2000 Ultra consumes just 3 W in standby mode – a third of the standard market consumption of around 10 W. This means that more energy and potential savings are retained.
Jackery HomePower 2000 Ultra: Intelligent fire protection
A first in this appliance class is the three-stage aerosol-based fire protection system, which reacts to flames even when the appliance is switched off. It combines heat absorption, chemical gas phase inhibition and solid extinguishing agents.
The reaction time is less than one second and the service life is over ten years. The device is designed for temperatures from -20 to +55 °C.
In addition it is IP65-certified and meets the highest safety standards thanks to extensive testing (including against moisture, vibration and heat). LFP cells with 6000 cycles, over 100 safety protocols and whisper-quiet operation (<10 dB) round off the overall package.
Launch & sale: special promotions at the start of the trade fair
