New cases from the house of Jonsbo. After the VR3 and VR4 in July, the manufacturer now launches the Jonsbo D30 in mATX and D40 in ATX form factor, which are characterized by a striking look and a clever layout. We have summarized all the info on the Jonsbo D30/D40.
Jonsbo D30/D40 in detail
The manufacturer has come up with a few exciting tricks for its two new Jonsbo D30/D40 cases. Both cases rely on an equally simple and noble appearance and allow an innovative arrangement of the components in the case, which allows for a completely new cooling option.
By moving the power supply from its traditional place at the bottom of the case to the front, a whole new way to cool the installed components is created. This is because the cases primarily get fresh air at the bottom and not at the front. This ensures an unhindered vertical airflow. This creates a chimney effect that leads the warm air directly out of the case.
The conveniently opening side panel made of tempered glass, allows you to see inside the enclosure. The power supply unit has been moved to the front, giving the interior a particularly tidy appearance. Both cases also offer space for air coolers up to 168 mm and the possibility to install 240 mm radiators in the bottom as well as in the lid of the case. In total, up to six fans can be installed in the cases.
The D30 offers four expansion slots for additional media, while its big brother, the D40, offers a generous seven.
