Kolink Umbra EX180: Compact CPU cooler also with RGB

The new Kolink Umbra EX180 is a compact and powerful CPU cooler that keeps CPUs with a TDP of up to 180 watts cool and can handle current sockets from AMD and Intel. Of course, RGB lighting should not be missing either.

Kolink Umbra EX180: Compact powerhouse

The Umbra series from Kolink stands for a chic design and excellent cooling performance. The case fans are used in their own cases, such as the Kolink Observatory Y or Observatory Z.

With the Kolink Umbra EX180, a matching CPU cooler now awaits you in an all-black Black Edition. It has four 6mm copper heatpipes that are embedded in the aluminum cooling plate. They therefore provide direct contact with the heatspreader of the CPU.

The 120mm PWM fan, with its high static pressure of 2.12mmH2O and remarkable performance values should even be able to keep processors with a TDP of up to 180 watts in check and comes with an addressable RGB LED lighting.

All parts of the cooler are finished with a matte black surface coating. The heatsink with its fins made of aluminum is black anodized. This effectively prevents oxidation and corrosion, while the Umbra EX180 comes across as discreet and classy.

Wide compatibility

The slim design of the Kolink Umbra EX180 also improves compatibility with various RAM modules. Even those with a tall heatsink can easily fit underneath.

Similarly for sockets and CPUs, the Kolink Umbra EX180 Black Edition is easy to install and compatible with popular Intel and AMD sockets, including AMD AM5 and Intel LGA 1700, thanks to its versatile mounting systems.

A high-quality thermal compound with a conductivity of 12.8W (m-K) is also included right out of the box.

The Kolink Umbra EX180 CPU cooler is available now from Caseking’s online store. The normal Black Edition is priced at 29.90 euros, while the variant with ARGB lighting comes in at 34.90 euros. The ARGB model is supposed to be back in stock in January 2023.
