LG PuriCare AeroMini: Compact air purification with 360-degree system for modern living spaces

With the LG PuriCare AeroMini, LG Electronics is expanding its air purification portfolio with a particularly compact model. The device combines 360-degree airflow, certified filter performance and smart app connectivity in a significantly smaller form factor. Developed for bedrooms, children’s rooms or single apartments, the AeroMini addresses modern living concepts in which space-saving and design play a central role.

  • 360-degree airflow for even air circulation in the room
  • Three-layer H-filter removes up to 99.999 % of ultra-fine particles (0.01 µm)
  • Very quiet operation with only 26 dB in sleep mode
  • App control via LG Thinq and modular accessory options

LG PuriCare AeroMini: 360-degree air purification in a space-saving design

The LG PuriCare AeroMini has a particularly slim housing which, according to the manufacturer, requires around 37 percent less floor space and is around 30 percent lower than the LG PuriCare 360˚ Hit. This allows the appliance to be placed flexibly on the floor, on sideboards or shelves without taking up valuable living space. A concealed filter cover on the underside ensures a tidy appearance and blends seamlessly into different interior styles.

Technically, the AeroMini adopts the proven 360-degree structure of the PuriCare series. The air is drawn in from all directions and purified before being discharged upwards and sideways. This principle supports even air circulation in the room – an advantage particularly in smaller rooms, where conventional front intake concepts often work less efficiently.

At the heart of the system is a three-layer H-filter that combines dust and odor filtration. According to LG, the system removes 99.999 percent of ultra-fine dust particles down to a size of 0.01 micrometers. In addition, airborne bacteria, viruses and mold particles are reduced. This positions the AeroMini not only as a design object, but also as a powerful solution for improved indoor air quality – especially in urban environments with high levels of fine dust pollution.

In sleep mode, the device operates at just 26 decibels. This value is on a par with a quiet whisper and predestines the air purifier for use in bedrooms or workspaces where low noise levels are crucial.

Smart control, easy maintenance and individual adjustment

Integration into the LG ThinQ app enables remote control of central functions and real-time monitoring of indoor air quality. A four-color LED display on the device indicates the current air status directly on site. This keeps the air quality in view at all times – even without a smartphone.

For uncomplicated maintenance, LG relies on an all-in-one filter system that allows quick replacement without complex individual steps. This concept ensures less maintenance and consistent performance, especially in everyday life.

The AeroMini also offers a modular accessory structure. For example, a leather carrying handle or decorative elements such as a flower holder can be attached as an option. This individualization sets the device apart from classic air purifiers and underlines the claim to combine technology functionally and aesthetically.

The market launch is planned for the first half of the year in South East Asia, starting with Vietnam. Information on other regions or prices is still pending.

Conclusion

The LG PuriCare AeroMini combines powerful 360-degree air purification with a compact, living room-friendly design. Certified filter performance, quiet operation and smart app control make this model a flexible solution for smaller rooms. Information on price and availability outside Southeast Asia has not yet been officially confirmed.
