The internet-enabled MEDION Life X15575 is a 55-inch Smart TV with Dolby Vision, UHD resolution, HDR and HD Triple Tuner and will be available at ALDI Nord from December 10.
Strong resolution in 55-inch format
Just like its big brother with 65 inches, the slim MEDION LIFE X15575 also comes out in an elegant design with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels in 16:9 format. The UHD smart TV uses LED backlight technology and with MEMC fast sequences are reproduced more smoothly and sharply. This compensates for movement and renders the images more smoothly. The integrated stereo loudspeaker boxes with two times 10 W and DTS HD support provide a good sound. With the HD Triple Tuner, the MEDION LIFE X15575 can receive digital television in HD via cable, terrestrial with DVB-T2 HD and satellite without the need for an additional receiver. By the CI+ module and the Smart Card the X16596 with the interface brings the entrance to coded programs.
By the already inserted WLAN module in the LIFE X15575 the Smart TV is Internetable and the already pre-installed Apps such as Amazon Prime video and Netflix can be fully used. The media portal and an Internet browser are also already installed. With the AVS function (Audio Vision Sharing) all movies, pictures and music can be played on the Smart TV. With the MEDION Life Remote App, the TV can also be operated with a smartphone or tablet without any problems. The apps for Android and iOs can be downloaded free of charge from the Google Play Store and the AppStore. The content from the tablet or smartphone can also be mirrored on the smart TV.
In addition, the MEDION LIFE X15575 comes with four HDMI 2.0 ports with HDCP 2.2 decoding as well as two USB ports. In addition, there is a headphone port (3.5 mm jack), a LAN RJ-45, an AV In (RCA), a VGA port and one port each for an antenna and satellite. For easy operation, the MEDION LIFE X15575 Smart-TV has automatic channel programming with a memory of up to 10,000 program positions. Further features include a parental lock, sleep timer, an electronic program guide and multilingual menu navigation. With the wall mount according to VESA standard (hole spacing of 40 x 40 cm) it can be easily mounted on the wall. The Smart TV measures 124.5 x 78 x 25 cm with feet. With the dimensions without feet, the X15575 is slightly lower than the large 65 inch model, where the 55 inch is 124.5 x 73 x 8.2 cm (W x H x D). The weight of the smart TV is 13.1 kg with feet and 12.8 kg without feet.

The MEDION LIFE X15575 has been classified in the energy efficiency class A+ (spectrum A+++ to D), so the smart TV offers a cost-effective and power-saving operation.
Availability and price
The MEDION LIFE X15575 will be available from ALDI Nord at a price of 290 euros from 10 December 2020. The scope of delivery includes the stand feet with the appropriate screws, remote control with batteries and the warranty card with a three-year warranty.
