Medion Erazer: Three new gaming PCs at Aldi starting January 27th

If you want to start the year 2022 with a new gaming PC, you should pay a visit to Aldi’s online store in the next few days. The discounter will offer three new Medion Erazer models starting on January 27. The top model is equipped with an Intel Core i7-12700K and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. In addition, there are gaming monitors, notebooks and peripherals.

Medion Erazer: New Models at Aldi

Starting January 27, Aldi’s online shop will have three new gaming PCs from the Medion Erazer line on sale at once. At the same time, however, two notebooks, a range of peripherals and two exciting monitors also launch in the discounter’s store.

Medion Erazer Engineer P10 (MD34585)

We start with the Medion Erazer Engineer P10 (MD34585) in terms of price and equipment. Here, the manufacturer installs an Intel Core i7-11700 processor (2.50 GHz, up to 4.90 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0, 8 cores, 16 threads & 16 MB Intel Smart Cache), which is combined with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti LHR with 8 GB GDDR6 VRAM graphics memory.

The graphics card has HDMI 2.1 and offers a whole three DisplayPort 1.4a inputs. Add to that 16GB of DDR4 memory running at up to 2,933MHz, a 1TB PCIe SSD, Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 and Windows 11 Home.

Medion Erazer Engineer P20 (MD34725)

The Medion Erazer Engineer P20 (MD34725) is a bit better equipped. A GeForce RTX 3060 Ti LHR with the same specifications is also responsible for the graphics calculation here. However, an update awaits you in terms of the CPU, because the P20 relies on an Intel Core i5-12600K processor (3.70 GHz, up to 4.90 GHz, 10 cores, 16 threads and 20 MB Intel Smart Cache).

The configuration is also very appealing in other respects. The high-quality Gigabyte Z690M Aorus Elite AX motherboard is used, on which 16 GB Kingston Fury RGB DDR4 RAM with up to 3200 MHz, as well as a 1 TB PCIe-SSD and a 2 TB HDD take place.

Intel Wi-Fi 6 Gigabit WLAN with integrated Bluetooth, 8-channel high-definition audio and Windows 11 Home are of course also in the mix. In the process, the P20 packs its components into an attractive PC case with an illuminated glass panel from In Win.

Medion Erazer Hunter X20 (MD34715): The high-end gamer

Those who can and want to invest considerably more money in a new gaming PC will get their money’s worth with the top model Medion Erazer Hunter X20 (MD34715). On the CPU side, the Intel Core i7-12700K (3.60 GHz, up to 5.00 GHz Turbo with 12 cores, 20 threads and 25 MB Intel Smart Cache) is used.

It is supported by an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti with 8 GB GDDR6 graphics memory, which offers one HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4 ports. In terms of the motherboard, Medion installs the Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Pro AX motherboard, which is equipped with a whopping 32 GB of DDR5 RAM clocked at up to 4,800 MHz. 1 TB of SSD and 2 TB of HDD storage provide enough storage space.

In addition, the Hunter X20 features an Alphacool Eisbaer 240 water cooling system and two additional In Win Saturn aRGB 120mm fans. The power supply comes from Seasonic (Focus GX-750). Wi-Fi 6 AX200 with Bluetooth 5.2 and Realtek 7.1-channel high-definition audio round off the equipment skillfully.

Two gaming monitors on offer

In addition to the three Medion Erazer gaming PCs, Aldi is also fittingly offering two gaming monitors on sale starting January 27. The Medion Akoya QHD Curved Monitor X52708 (MD21508) brings it to a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels with a diagonal of 27 inches. It also has a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a response time of 1 ms.

Even bigger is the Lenovo G34w-10, a 34-inch curved monitor with NearEdgeless display edges and a resolution of 3,440 x 1,440 pixels. The response time is also specified with 1 ms, and the frame rate is 144 Hz. AMD FreeSync is also supported.

Matching gaming accessories

The Aldi offers are rounded off by a whole range of fitting gaming accessories from the house of Medion. These include, for example, the semi-mechanical gaming keyboard Supporter P11, the entry-level gaming mouse Supporter P12, the wireless gaming mouse Supporter P13 and the stereo gaming headset Mage P10 (MD88640).

Prices and availability

The new Medion Erazer gaming PCs and the two gaming monitors will be available in Aldi’s online store starting January 27, but only while supplies last.

The MSRP for the Medion Erazer Engineer P10 (MD34585) is 1,299.00 euros. The Medion Erazer Engineer P20 (MD34725) is on sale for 1,599.00 euros, while the high-end Medion Erazer Hunter X20 (MD34715) PC comes in at 2,499.00 euros.

The Medion Akoya QHD Curved Monitor X52708 (MD21508) has an offer price of 279.00 euros. You can get the Lenovo G34w-10 for 469.00 Euros – which is 21% off the MSRP. However, this does not correspond to the best price for the Lenovo model, which is currently already available in stores from 454.00 Euros.
