Microsoft: Surface headphones suffer from processing defects

Owners of a pair of Microsoft Surface Headphones beware: Apparently, the construction of the premium headphones is flawed – at least that is what some customers report. The voices of the disappointed buyers speak of breaking headphone arms. Is it possibly a blatant production error?

Customers are angry

Although Microsoft is a billion-dollar tech company, its customer service has always been criticized. Poor or no assistance often causes a great deal of annoyance on the part of customers. Especially when you buy a piece of premium technology, you expect a different company policy. Many Microsoft customers who have bought the Surface Headphones feel the same way. The premium headphones seem to be suffering from a serious design flaw – at least according to tech expert Martin from Dr. Windows. The Surface Headphone’s bendability is said to be unpredictable in practice.

Apparently, this is because it can happen that the headphone bail can break even under the smallest loads. This does not seem to be an isolated case. After all, there are more and more customer reports that describe something similar. However, the Redmond company has not really made a statement yet. Since it seems to be a widespread problem, we have to assume that it is a mass problem. This only leads to one conclusion: construction errors. We hope that the company learns from the mistakes of past products and replaces the headphones of affected customers. After that, Microsoft will have to think about a new design for its Surface Headphones.
