The MIDEA I5C sees itself as a smart household aid and, according to the German sales company SOLECTRIC, is supposed to take care of sweeping, vacuuming and mopping your own four walls all by itself and reliably. It offers a 4,000pa suction power and a battery life of 120 minutes.
The MIDEA I5C in detail
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping. In the future, you can leave the cleaning to the MIDEA I5C vacuuming and mopping robot. At least, if SOLECTRIC has its way. The model has a 2,600 mAh battery that allows it to run for up to 120 minutes. Thanks to the 4,000pa suction power with three-stage control, as well as the advanced dual brushes, it’s easy to remove dust and dirt. Various cleaning modes also adapt to the particular requirements of the rooms and surfaces to be cleaned.
The different modes, combined with intelligent scheduling, enable selective room or area cleaning, single cleaning, deep cleaning and zigzag cleaning. This is to allow the I5C to recognize that the tiles in the bathroom need more water and that the delicate wooden floor should not be soaked.
Depending on the degree of soiling, the electronic water tank determines the strength of water output. The extended double brushes make it easy to collect the dust, and the floating roller brushes clean all types of floors. Due to the Gyro 3.0 navigation and a variety of sensors, collisions such as with furniture or falls on stairs as well as steps are prevented.
Powerful and enduring
A 2,600 mAh battery allows the MIDEA I5C a battery life of up to 120 minutes. This is said to be able to clean an area of up to 120m². Thanks to its 4,000pa suction power, the robot can even handle coarse dirt, and the suction power can also be adjusted in three stages.
The dust container has a capacity of 250 ml, while the water tank holds a full 450 ml. According to the data sheet, the robot has a suction power of 1,600pa in vacuum mode. In addition, it supports HEPA filtration, whereby two filters are directly included in the scope of delivery.
After work is done or when the battery is low, the vacuum robot automatically moves to the docking station to recharge. After about three to four hours, it is back to 100 percent full charge and ready for the next use.
The I5C also supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice control and integrates with Google Home. Via voice command or in the app, the suction strength as well as the water flow can be controlled and edited in three stages. The remote control also navigates the MIDEA I5C to the desired areas if desired.
