Motorola Moto G32 launches for 230 euro with 5,000 mAh battery

With the Motorola Moto G32, the manufacturer has introduced another mid-range smartphone. Most recently, the G62 and G42, as well as the G82 were launched. The G32 positions itself a bit below that and comes with a 6.5-inch display running at 90 hertz and a 5,000 mAh battery.

Motorola Moto G32 in detail

The Motorola Moto G32 relies on a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LC display (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) in a 20:9 format, which boasts a 90 Hz frame rate. The Active Area Touch panel takes up around 90 percent of the bezel, with the smartphone measuring 161.78 x 73.84 x 8.49 mm and weighing 184 grams.

It has a USB-C port for charging, as well as a 3.5 mm jack for connecting to headphones. The battery runtimes should look good thanks to a capacity of 5,000 mAh, and charging is done with a maximum of 30 watts via cable.

Inside, the energy-efficient Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor does its job, which is supported by 4 GB of RAM. In addition, there is 128 GB of system storage, which can be expanded by up to 1 TB via microSD card. Android 12 including Motorola MyUI is used as the operating system.

Cameras and other features

The main camera of the Motorola Moto G32 triggers with 50 megapixels and offers an aperture of f/1.8. In addition, there is a depth sensor with 8 megapixels and f/2.2, which offers an ultra-wide angle with a field of view of 118 degrees. A 2 MP macro camera rounds off the camera setup.

Videos can be recorded in Full HD resolution at a maximum of 30 frames per second, and even macro videos in HD at30 FPS should be possible. The Quad Pixel technology combines four pixels into one and thus improves the light sensitivity in low light.

On the front, Motorola uses a 16 MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture, with videos in 1080p at 30 FPS offered here as well.

Otherwise, the G32 offers 4G LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. Two stereo speakers and two microphones are also installed. Voice control with Google Assistant is also possible.

The Motorola Moto G32 is available in stores now at an MSRP of 229.29 euros in the colors Mineral Gey and Satin Silver. For more details, check out the product website.
