Claw 8 AI+: Next generation gaming handheld
MSI presents the Claw 8 AI+, the first gaming handheld powered by an Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processor. This device combines high AI performance with a compact design and is aimed specifically at gamers who don’t want to miss out on performance while on the move.
The 8-inch screen, improved energy efficiency and the new Thunderbolt 4 connection are some of the highlights that take the gaming experience to a new level. The new Windows 11 gaming handheld will be available at the beginning of 2025.
New Venture series: business laptops with style and power
The Venture series from MSI offers business users laptops with screen diagonals from 14 to 17 inches. They are equipped with 16:10 OLED displays that enable 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, offer a long battery life and USB-C PD charging.
The combination of slim design and powerful hardware makes the Venture series the ideal choice for professional use. Particularly noteworthy is the energy efficiency of the new Intel Core Ultra processors, which ensure longer usage times.
Prestige and Summit series: AI+ business laptops
MSI will be presenting the new AI+ business and productivity laptops in the Prestige and Summit series for the first time at IFA 2024. The devices in both series are equipped with Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors and offer up to three times more AI Tera Operations per Second (TOPs) compared to the previous generation. With integrated GPU, CPU and NPU, they achieve up to 120 TOPs of AI performance. This computing power makes it possible to run AI software locally on the laptops.
The Prestige series laptops are available in three sizes: 13, 14 and 16 inches. The components of the laptops are housed in an ultra-light housing, and thanks to the efficient chip, battery life of up to 20 hours should be possible. In addition, many of the new models have been upgraded to a 5-megapixel webcam.
Depending on the model, prices are expected to start at 1,699 euros, with the Prestige series due to be released in September and October.
The Summit 13 AI+ Evo, also part of the Business and Productivity series, comes as a 2-in-1 convertible and the touchscreen supports the MSI Pen 2 with MPP 2.6 technology, which is included in the scope of delivery.
Gaming & business productivity with AMD Ryzen AI processors
MSI will also be presenting the new laptops with AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processors at IFA 2024. These laptops include the Stealth A16 AI+, Summit A16 AI+, Prestige A16 AI+ and Creator A16 AI+ models. Thanks to the latest AMD Ryzen AI processors, these devices offer 2.8 times higher Tera Operations per Second performance compared to the previous generation.
The Stealth A16 AI+ and Creator A16 AI+ have been specially developed for gamers and creative professionals respectively. They are also equipped with a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 GPU and feature a slim and lightweight magnesium-aluminum chassis. The Prestige A16 AI+ and Summit A16 AI+ models are also equipped with the AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processor and are specially designed for business use.
