The highlight of this year’s COMPUTEX 2026 Awards is undoubtedly the Gold Award for the GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING Z. MSI is not only celebrating a prestigious success, but also the return of a product line that enjoys cult status in the overclocking and enthusiast scene.
The new flagship GPU is aimed at professional creators, demanding gamers and hardware enthusiasts who want maximum performance. With a massive 40-phase power supply and two native 16-pin power connectors, MSI raises the performance reserves significantly above previous standards. This enables stable performance even under extreme workloads, such as 8K rendering, complex AI calculations or demanding simulation processes.
The newly developed cooling architecture is particularly striking. MSI combines a full-surface copper coldplate with a next-generation high-pressure pump and the revised Lightning Fan system. This significantly increases thermal efficiency, which is particularly important during longer load peaks.
Another unique feature is the integrated 8-inch monitoring display, which visualizes telemetry data in real time. In addition to temperatures, voltages and clock frequencies, user-defined displays can also be configured. This function is particularly aimed at overclockers and professional users who need to constantly monitor system parameters.

MSI COMPUTEX 2026 Awards show focus on AI, mobility and smart peripherals
In addition to the graphics card, the Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Draco Epic attracted a great deal of interest. The special model was developed to mark MSI’s 40th anniversary and combines high-end mobile hardware with an elaborately designed premium chassis. Even though the final technical details are still to be released during the trade fair, the notebook is already regarded as the new flagship for mobile gaming and creator systems.
Equally relevant is the new MPG Ai TS Series PSU, which has been specially tailored to modern AI workstations. In the peripherals area, MSI presented the new STRIKE ALLOY TMR and STRIKE NEXUS keyboards. While the ALLOY model scores with a polling rate of up to 8,000 Hz and hybrid hot-swap support, the NEXUS concept expands classic keyboard functions with an integrated 4.3-inch touch display, modular expandability and M.2 SSD support.
