With the addition of ovens, dishwashers and refrigerators, Dreame is taking a strategically logical step. The company is transferring its experience from the development of smart cleaning appliances to other household areas, creating a networked ecosystem that combines convenience, efficiency and automation. The new appliances can be controlled and monitored via the Dreame app, creating a standardized operating concept. This approach seems plausible, as smart household appliances are increasingly being networked across the board and users prefer centralized control.
The OZ60 Pro built-in combi steam oven is an example of this approach. With a cooking space of 81 liters and a wide temperature range of 30 to 260 degrees, it covers numerous types of preparation – from classic convection baking to steam cooking and air frying. Dreame relies on a powerful steam system, multiple heating elements and precise PID control to achieve consistent results. Despite its high performance, the appliance achieves energy efficiency class A++, which seems realistic given the modern heating and control technology. Functions such as no-frost, inverter compressor and active odour neutralization are technically up-to-date and meet the requirements of an intelligent cooling concept.
