Nintendo is expanding its product portfolio with the innovative alarm clock “Alarmo”, which is equipped with motion sensors and classic Nintendo sounds. Alarmo will be available in stores from March 2025, after being available for points only since October, and promises to turn getting up in the morning into an interactive experience for fans of the cult brand.

The Alarmo alarm clock uses advanced motion sensors to detect the user’s movements in bed. If you move more, the alarm tone becomes quieter; if you ignore the alarm, the volume gradually increases until you get up. As soon as the user gets out of bed, the alarm plays a victory sound reminiscent of successful moments from Nintendo games.

Authentic Nintendo sounds and characters
With over 40 different wake-up calls from seven Nintendo games, Alarmo offers a nostalgic sound experience. Alarmo is currently available exclusively in the My Nintendo Store for 99.99 euros, but only for customers with a Nintendo Switch Online membership. From the beginning of March 2025, the alarm clock will also be available from independent retailers so that interested parties can access it without a subscription.
