OnePlus lowers prices for North N10 5G & North N100

OnePlus has announced that the MSRP for the Nord N10 5G as well as the Nord N100 is to drop. The two low-budget smartphones will now be offered at a price of 299 Euros and 149 Euros, respectively. The Chinese company thus reduces the original prices by 50 euros each.

Price reduction at Amazon effective immediately

While it is still supposed to take a while for other retailers, Amazon has already implemented the price reduction. Even on the in-house website www.oneplus.com it should still take some time. Here, you can get hold of the two low-priced smartphones at the new RRP starting February 8. Of course, you can’t expect flagships at these prices. The Nord N10 5G is more of a mid-range smartphone. However, that should be more than enough for many users. It is powered by a Snapdragon 690 from Qualcomm. A main camera with 64 megapixels and a 4,300 mAh battery are also on board. When the battery is empty, it can be recharged conveniently via Warp Charge 30T.

In contrast, the OnePlus Nord N100 is a true entry-level smartphone. Especially older people or children should be happy with this model. The core is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460, and the installed main camera has a resolution of 13 megapixels. Despite the low price, a practical fast charging function with 18 watts is possible. The extensive price reduction is certainly not least related to the growing competition from other companies from the Far East. Manufacturers like Xiaomi or Oppo are namely gaining more and more importance in this country as well. This is especially true for the highly competitive market of low-budget smartphones.
