Phanteks Eclipse P360A: More fresh air for the midi tower series

With the new Eclipse P360A, Phanteks introduces a new midi tower to the market. The new Phanteks Eclipse P360A features excellent ventilation and an integrated DRGB LED controller. Another attraction of the midi tower is the full mesh front.

The Eclipse P360A in detail

The front side is trapezoidal with the close-meshed ventilation grille. The front of the case can be easily removed for cleaning. This also provides excellent airflow and keeps dust out of the tower’s interior. This is due to the perforations on the front, which are only one millimeter in size. Behind the front are two powerful PWM fans with a diameter of 120 millimeters, which provide atmospheric light through their RGB LED illumination. Both fans can also be replaced by two 140 mm fans.

The side panel is made of tempered glass to ensure that the hardware in the case is properly presented. Mainboards have space up to the E-ATX format, but these must not be wider than 280 mm. The installed processor can be cooled in the Eclipse P360A with a CPU cooler up to a height of 160 mm. Graphics cards up to 400 mm in length also find sufficient space in the case. In the standard ATX format, a 250 mm power supply unit finds its place under the power supply cover with an RGB LED strip. The cover not only hides the cables but also the two HDD bays. The cable management has its place at the back of the mainboard tray with 36 mm. It also has a place for a 120 mm heat exchanger. On the top side two 120 mm or two 140 mm fans can be added. So radiators can also be attached to the P360A. On the top side the radiator can be 240 mm and on the front up to 280 mm. The dimensions of the case are 200 x 465 x 455mm (width x height x depth).

Special effects

The Midi-Tower has a retractable dust filter on the bottom and a magnetic filter on the top. On the left side there is also the I/O panel with the two switches to control the RGB LED lighting. One switch is responsible for the color and one for the RGB effects. With the RGB controller included with the Eclipse P360A, up to seven Phanteks RGB LED products can be connected. The controller can also be connected to a motherboard with a 3-pin 5VDG slot to control the lighting with the desired effects.

Availability and price

The Phanteks Eclipse P360A Midi Tower can already be pre-ordered from Caseking and is scheduled to be delivered starting October 15th. The price will be 68,14 Euro. The new Phanteks Eclipse Midi-Tower lies between the P300A and the more expensive models P400A and P500A. Which is quite a good price-performance ratio.
