Phanteks introduces Eclipse G500A, M25 fan and new white Neon D-RGB strips

Manufacturer Phanteks has introduced quite a few innovations. Among them are the Eclipse G500A premium case, the new M25 fans and the white Neon D-RGB LED strips.

The Phanteks Eclipse G500A

Phanteks adds a new model to its Eclipse line of high-end PC cases following the Eclipse G360A (our review). The Phanteks Eclipse G500A features strong airflow and should thus provide a safe home for even high-end hardware.

The front and top panels are made of a particularly fine mesh fabric that supports air circulation and also serves as a dust filter. Inside, the manufacturer promises plenty of room for powerful hardware, as well as a 420mm radiator on the front and a 360mm radiator on the top. Full-size graphics cards, which can also be installed vertically, as well as several HDDs and SSD find room in the case.

Of course, the Phanteks Eclipse G500A also features integrated D-RGB lighting that can be customized with pre-programmed lighting effects – all without software. Optionally, the D-RGB controller can be synced with compatible motherboards and expanded with additional D-RGB products. Two LED strips are already factory-installed, on the front and side. Three M25-140 D-RGB fans are also already installed on the front by default.

Alternatively, there is also a fanless variant of the case that does without the installed fans. Or you can opt for the performance version of the Phanteks Eclipse G500A, which comes with no less than four M25-140 fans in black color and a white LED strip.

Phanteks M25 fans

The corresponding Phanteks M25 fans also represent a novelty and build on the T30. They feature a new design that has been further optimized to work more effectively with fine mesh or dust filters. They are also supposed to work particularly quietly.

Compared to the T30, the airflow is said to have been further improved at lower RPM levels. Up to 1,800 RPM is possible for the 140mm models, and 2,000 RPM for the 120mm fan. Precise adjustment is no problem using PWM.

Offered in 120mm and 140mm, the M25 fans are available individually or as a kit of three fans in black or as a D-RGB variant.

Matching to this, there are also new Neon D-RGB LED strips in white color. They are offered as Combo (2x 40 cm), M5 (55 cm) or M1 (100 cm) and let your hardware shine in the right light.

The M25 fans start at 9.90 euros for the 120mm version and 10.90 euros for the 140mm model. The optional RGB lighting results in a price of 14.90 euros (120 mm) or 16.90 euros (140 mm). The Neon D-RGB LED strip is available for 14.90 Euros. More details can be found on the Homepage of Phanteks.
