With the 243B1JH, Philips wants to launch an exciting monitor for business users soon. The features of the device are supposed to be similar to those of the Philips B-Line 243B1. Thus, the manufacturer also relies on a screen diagonal of 23.8 inches and an IPS panel that resolves with 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (Full HD). A refresh rate of 75 Hz, a contrast of 1,000:1 and a brightness of 250 cd/m² round off the package.
Perfectly suited for business users
Philips itself states in its spec sheet that the upcoming monitor should be able to cover 105 percent of the sRGB color space. Thus, it should even be interesting for creative professionals who are mainly busy with image and/or video editing. Adaptive Sync is also on board to prevent tearing. Thus, the 243B1JH can also be used for one or two gaming sessions after work. However, the fact that the main focus is on the business sector also becomes clear in the comfort features.
