Philips introduces three new M3000 series gaming monitors

Philips is adding three new models to its M3000 Momentum series of flagship gaming monitors. The 27M1N3200VA, 27M1N3200VS and 27M1N3200ZA all come in at 27 inches (68.5 cm), promising an even more immersive gaming experience.

Philips M3000 series: three new gaming monitors unveiled

The M3000 series from Philips is aimed at ambitious gamers who require the best possible picture quality. In doing so, the three new models 27M1N3200VA, 27M1N3200VS and 27M1N3200ZA combine a classy design with strong technology. Especially the stable stand with metallic texture catches the eye and provides a minimalistic look in the gaming setup as well as office use.

All three new gaming monitors rely on a three-sided frameless design, where the display takes up almost the entire front. At the same time, the monitors share a smooth, crystal-clear display thanks to Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080), 165 Hz refresh rate and a response time of just 1 ms (MPRT). The displays are 27 inches, but differ in terms of technology.

For example, the Philips 27M1N3200ZA relies on an IPS panel for high color fidelity, while the 27M1N3200VA and the 27M1N3200VS use a VA display for particularly high-contrast images.

High Comfort

This is joined by a LowBlue mode and Flicker-Free technology to counteract eye fatigue. On the latest PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, Philips M3000 monitors realize a refresh rate of 120 Hz with FHD resolution.

Fine adjustments can be made via DeepL access to the OSD specifically tuned to the requirements of gamers. For improved ergonomics, the 27M1N3200VA and 27M1N3200ZA also tilt, swivel, pivot and adjust for height. The 27M1N3200VS, on the other hand, is only tiltable.

Other features include a “SmartImage Game mode”, which optimizes the picture for different genres like shooter, racing or RTS, as well as built-in stereo speakers with 5 watts of power. In terms of connections, all models rely on two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.2 port and a 3.5 mm jack.

Prices and Availability

Two of the three new Philips M3000 Momentum series gaming monitors are available in stores now. The Philips 27M1N3200VS and 27M1N3200VA models have an MSRP of 269.00 euros, and 279.00 euros, respectively. The Philips 27M1N3200ZA will follow in March 2022 for 309.00 euros.
