Pulsar Gaming Gears is finally releasing the Feinmann F01 Noctua Edition. The gaming mouse with a built-in Noctua fan was first announced at Computex 2025 and is designed to keep your hands cool even on hot summer days.
Sales begin on July 21
Sales begin on Tuesday, July 21, at 9:00 a.m. German time in the Pulsar Gaming online store. A price for the Noctua Edition has not yet been set; the standard Feinmann F01 currently costs around 219 euros. Compared to the base model, the Noctua Edition features two main modifications: a beige and brown housing inspired by Noctua’s signature color scheme, and a genuine Noctua NF-A4x10 5V PWM fan instead of the stock fan.
40-Millimeter Fan to Combat Sweaty Hands
The built-in 40-millimeter fan is designed to cool the hand while gaming and can be adjusted to five different speed settings. This makes the mouse ideal for gamers who struggle with sweaty hands during intense gaming sessions or in the summer. Especially during longer ranked sessions or a heat wave, this could provide noticeably better grip and reduce slippage on the sensor.
Technology: New 42,000 DPI Sensor
Since the initial announcement, Pulsar has also refined the technology. Instead of the sensor originally shown, the mouse now features a modern XS-2 sensor with a resolution of 42,000 DPI; the previous specification was 32,000 DPI. The optical switches are designed to withstand approximately 80 million clicks and are said to respond faster than mechanical alternatives. The mouse achieves a polling rate of up to 8,000 Hz for the lowest possible latency, which should be particularly advantageous in competitive shooters.
73 Grams: No Longer a Lightweight
However, the fan comes at a cost in terms of weight: At 73 grams, the Noctua Edition weighs 27 grams—or 59 percent—more than the standard Feinmann F01. As a result, the mouse can hardly be described as “ultralight” anymore. It charges via an included dark brown dock that matches the rest of the design and visually resembles classic Noctua coolers.
