Both models feature low-latency wireless technology and are designed to be suitable for both everyday use and competitive gaming.
Low-Latency Wireless Connection
At the heart of the new earbuds is a combination of Razer’s HyperSpeed Wireless on the 2.4 GHz frequency and Bluetooth 5.3. This is designed to enable a stable and fast connection to consoles as well as smartphones, handhelds, and PCs. The convenient SmartSwitch dual-wireless feature allows you to switch between HyperSpeed and Bluetooth connections without interrupting playback.
Charging Case Acts as a Wireless Receiver
A unique feature is the HyperSpeed Case, which also serves as a 2.4-GHz receiver. When connected to a console or mobile device, it establishes the dedicated wireless connection while continuing to charge the earbuds. According to Razer, the earbuds offer up to 10 hours of battery life per charge, and with the case, that total extends to up to 35 hours. When it comes to audio playback, the earbuds aim to impress with platform-optimized spatial audio: Windows Sonic on Xbox, 3D Audio on PlayStation, and THX Spatial Audio on PC. They also feature IPX4 water resistance and touch controls for music and calls.
