Time is pressing and the battery is empty? With the realme GT NEO 3, the manufacturer has presented the “fastest rechargeable smartphone in the world” at the Mobile World Congress 2022 in Barcelona. Thanks to 150W UltraDart Charge, the GT NEO 3 is fully charged to 50 percent in just 5 minutes. We have summarized all the info.
real GT NEO 3: Nobody charges faster
The manufacturer did not present any real details about the features of the new smartphone realme GT NEO 3, but with the presentation of the new charging technology, they had a real revolution in tow.
With 150 watts of UltraDart Charge technology, it is charged to 50 percent in 5 minutes. In addition, realme will also introduce the world’s first 100W – 200W charging architecture for smart devices – UltraDart Charging Architecture (UDCA) provides a comprehensive solution for speed, safety and battery life.
Previous smartphones from realme brought it to between 18 and 65 watts of charging power. The latest breakthrough, realme’s 150-W fast charging technology, can achieve a 50 percent charge in just 5 minutes. Presumably, the second half is not quite as fast then, since the manufacturer does not officially speak of 10 minutes for a full charge here. However, details about this were not mentioned.

UltraDart charging architecture for smart devices
Furthermore, the UltraDart charging architecture (UDCA) marks another innovation. It realizes charging powers between 100 watts and 200 watts with three technological advances in speed, safety and battery life.
UDCA’s Ultra Fast Charging uses multi-boost charge pumps to increase the charging current, allowing the smartphone to charge faster. In addition to speed, UDCA also provides excellent safety and battery life.
In terms of safety, UDCA helps the smartphone to always keep the temperature at an ideal level during charging. This is because realme’s UDCA has vital Ultra Heat Management using a temperature management algorithm to keep the thermal temperature below 43 degrees Celsius. This way, users can play games or watch videos for a long time without posing any security risk.
Longer life
UDCA also provides smartphones with reliable Ultra Battery Protection. In general, with other fast charging technologies on the market, high charging speed often comes at the expense of battery life. Thanks to “industry-leading lithium batteries,” this is said to retain 80 percent of battery capacity even after more than 1,000 charging cycles, extending battery life.
realme will soon bring this technology into mass production with the GT Neo 3 smartphone. Concrete details about the device will be announced shortly.
