Inside the REDMAGIC 10 Air is Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 – the first mobile chip to support AI models with up to 10 billion parameters directly on the device. It is complemented by the RedCore R3 co-processor, which handles secondary tasks such as haptic feedback, audio calculation and RGB control. The result: more performance, less heat development and smoother gameplay.
Gamers can look forward to a sophisticated combination of hardware and software. The 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and impressive 1,600 nits peak brightness ensures brilliant images – even in direct sunlight. Thanks to an extremely high touch sampling rate of 2000Hz and continuous tracking at 960Hz, the device responds to inputs with almost no delay – ideal for fast-paced genres such as FPS or MOBAs.
Keep a cool head: ICE cooling system and long-term performance
Despite a housing thickness of just 7.85 mm and a weight of 205 g, REDMAGIC integrates an innovative 9-layer cooling system with liquid metal, which is originally known from gaming laptops. It dissipates heat particularly efficiently via a vapor chamber and a built-in fan. According to the manufacturer, the system is up to 13 times more powerful than conventional solutions. For extended gaming sessions, this means consistently high performance without thermal throttling.
The REDMAGIC 10 Air also sets standards with its battery. With 6,000 mAh capacity, up to 28 hours of runtime are possible, 80W fast charging reduces downtimes to a minimum. All this is contained in a high-quality housing with a matt aluminum surface and integrated RGB lighting that can be individually adjusted.
Camera, software, AI – more than just gaming
Two 50-megapixel cameras (wide-angle + ultra-wide-angle) ensure versatile images. The main sensor (OV50E) offers optical image stabilization and anti-glare technology, while the second sensor (OV50D) delivers distortion-free wide-angle images. The new REDMAGIC OS 10.0 is used on the software side.
