26Home and property security cameras are developing rapidly – and Reolink is making a clear statement with a new model. With the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi, the manufacturer is launching a powerful floodlight camera on the market that combines 4K resolution, motorized all-round view and local AI functions. The focus is clearly on seamless monitoring without a subscription, high image quality day and night and intelligent, data protection-friendly analysis directly on the device.
- Dual-lens PTZ camera with 4K resolution and 360-degree coverage
- Powerful floodlight with up to 3000 lumens and integrated siren
- Local AI video search without cloud subscription
- Simultaneous display of wide-angle and detailed view in one app
Reolink TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi: Two lenses for full control without blind spots
At the heart of the Reolink TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi is the innovative dual-lens design. Instead of a single lens, two different focal lengths are used that work together automatically. While the 4K wide-angle lens captures large areas such as driveways or gardens, a 6x hybrid zoom lens provides detailed close-ups of moving objects. The change is dynamic, so that people or vehicles are continuously tracked without losing detail or experiencing focus delays.

Thanks to the motorized pan and tilt function, the camera covers a full 360 degrees horizontally. This is supplemented by 270-degree motion detection via three integrated PIR sensors. This means that movements outside the direct field of view are also reliably detected and the camera is automatically aligned. Particularly when installed at a height of two to three meters, this provides virtually comprehensive surveillance of larger outdoor areas.
Another plus point is the display in the Reolink app: both camera images – overview and zoom – are displayed simultaneously on one screen. This makes it much easier to assess situations and clearly distinguishes the model from classic single-lens cameras, which often provide either an overview or detail, but rarely both at the same time.
Bright floodlight, local AI and data protection at no extra cost
In addition to the camera technology, the lighting also plays a key role. The TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi is equipped with dimmable LEDs that achieve a light output of up to 3000 lumens. This produces colorful, detailed images even at night, without the typical weaknesses of many infrared systems. The color temperature can be flexibly adjusted between 3000K (warm) and 6500K (cold) – manually or automatically depending on the ambient conditions. The security package is complemented by an integrated 110-decibel siren for active deterrence.
The use of ReoNeura™ AI is particularly exciting. Instead of relying on cloud servers, the camera processes all analyses locally. The Local AI Video Search allows recorded clips to be searched by text description, for example for specific people, vehicles, animals or parcels. This saves time, protects privacy and does not incur any ongoing costs. Reolink deliberately avoids subscriptions, which makes the system calculable in the long term.
The innovative strength has not gone unnoticed internationally either: At IFA Berlin 2025, the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi was honored with an IFA Innovation Award and received numerous “Best of IFA 2025” awards from technology media. The combination of all-round visibility, attention to detail and practical AI integration was particularly praised.
Conclusion: Powerful outdoor surveillance without subscription obligation
With the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi, Reolink has clearly positioned itself in the premium segment of smart outdoor cameras. The combination of 4K dual-lens technology, 360-degree PTZ, extremely bright floodlight and local AI video search offers a high level of security and convenience. In particular, the absence of cloud subscriptions and the strong focus on data protection make the system attractive for demanding users. In the USA, the camera is available immediately at an entry-level price of 259.99 US dollars via Reolink and Amazon. Information on wider international availability is expected to follow shortly.
