With the Revolut joint account, two people can now share an account with the British Neobank. The offer applies equally to partners, parents, friends or flatmates.
Revolut joint account launches
Unlike traditional banks, the two people at the Revolut Joint Account Joint do not necessarily have to have the same place of residence. Family members, roommates or friends can also use a joint account with the British fintech, as it says.
Both people get their own card (two physical and two virtual debit cards) to pay for everything from traditional supermarket purchases to rent and bills. In the process, the joint account can be opened directly in the new app with version 9.0 with just a few clicks.
The offer is available immediately to all customers in the European Economic Area. Revolut protects the money through an EU banking license from Lithuania and the corresponding deposit protection.
According to the company, it currently already has more than 28 million customers. In September 2022, one was affected by a hacker attack.
