The RingConn Gen 3 kicked off IFA 2026 with four awards: an IFA Innovation Award and three “Best of IFA” titles from Digital Trends, Trusted Reviews, and Android Headlines. The manufacturer is showcasing the smart ring in Berlin through September 8 and is highlighting a new vascular health analysis feature in particular.

In a nutshell: RingConn is showcasing the Gen 3 at IFA 2026 in Hall 14, Booth 121, and has won an IFA Innovation Award as well as three “Best of IFA” awards. A new feature is the analysis of vascular health trends based on calibrated blood pressure readings. Depending on the size, the ring weighs between 2.5 and 3.5 grams, lasts up to 14 days, and costs 369 or 389 euros, depending on the model.

RingConn Gen 3: Four Awards at the Start of the Trade Show

First up is the IFA Innovation Award, which the trade show presents annually to recognize technical innovations among exhibiting manufacturers. Added to this are three “Best of IFA” awards from Digital Trends, Trusted Reviews, and Android Headlines. Android Headlines cited the combination of a design suitable for everyday use and robust health tracking as the main reasons for its selection: The ring provides comprehensive data without requiring a subscription, and the new vibration feature delivers discreet alerts that don’t disrupt daily life. CHIP.de and connect.de also gave the Ring positive ratings in their own tests.

With this award, RingConn joins a list of exhibitors recognized for technical innovations at IFA 2026, including UWANT for its self-emptying vacuum cleaner, the SwiftVac V700 Pro.

Vascular Health as a New Core Feature

The biggest innovation compared to the RingConn Gen 2 is the analysis of vascular health trends. To enable this, the ring is calibrated once using externally measured blood pressure readings, such as those from a blood pressure cuff. The app then compares the ring’s sensor data with these reference values over extended periods and shows how vascular stress is developing. This does not replace a separate blood pressure measurement, but it is sufficient for tracking a general trend over weeks and months.

In addition, the Gen 3 offers everything you’d expect from a modern smart ring: heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, sleep stages, activity, and stress levels are tracked around the clock. It also provides alerts for potential sleep apnea and features for tracking menstrual cycles. All data is consolidated in the app, which uses it to generate trends over days and weeks, rather than just providing snapshots.

Lightweight yet durable: The technical specifications

Depending on the size and model, the ring weighs between 2.5 and 3.5 grams. A new feature is a vibration function that provides silent alerts directly on your finger, such as when the battery is low or after a long period of inactivity. You can customize which alerts are activated. The following table summarizes the key specifications:

Feature RingConn Gen 3
Weight 2.5–3.5 g (depending on size/model)
Battery life Up to 11–14 days in standard mode
Water resistance IP68
Sizes 10 sizes (6 to 15)
Colors Future Silver, Royal Gold, Matte Black, Brushed Silver, Brushed Rose Gold
Price (MSRP) €369 (standard colors) / €389 (brushed versions)

Visitors can try on the ring through September 8 in Hall 14, Booth 121, where RingConn is also showcasing the various design options and the vascular health assessment live. Additionally, the manufacturer is represented at ShowStoppers.

Price and Availability

The RingConn Gen 3 is now available on the RingConn website and on Amazon. The colors Future Silver, Royal Gold, and Matte Black cost 369 euros, while the brushed versions in silver and rose gold are priced at 389 euros.

Conclusion

With an Innovation Award and three Best of IFA awards, RingConn’s trade show appearance was a success. Whether the vascular health analysis truly adds value in everyday life remains to be seen in a detailed test, but its features—including long battery life, light weight, and functions without a subscription requirement—already make the RingConn Gen 3 one of the more interesting alternatives in the smart ring market.
