Samsung: Poor customer service annoys customers

Whether it’s a TV, smartphone or tablet – Samsung is one of the big players in almost all consumer electronics segments. However, customers of the giant electronics company from South Korea are increasingly voicing negative opinions. The reason for the displeasure of many is said to be the currently rather bad than right customer service. One reason seems to have been found already. Samsung simply cannot keep up with the huge demand for its products. The Galaxy S22 in particular plays a decisive role here.

Big demand causes big problems

It is fair to say that Samsung has probably had one of its most successful corporate years. Like many other electronics manufacturers, the South Koreans were able to sell many of their products to men and women. The reason for this was the Corona crisis and the desire for the latest electronics to pass the time. However, while orders for Samsung’s products are piling up more and more, the service seems to suffer in turn. Customers probably have to put up with long waiting times, especially for requests concerning the exchange of goods. By the way, this is also supposed to be the case when just buying a Samsung product. Here, as an interested party, you currently have to bring along a bit more patience than the average citizen would like.

Samsung community is getting disgruntled

Samsung also feels the displeasure of its customers directly. After all, they don’t just vent their anger in random forums. You can also read more and more about problems in Samsung’s own blogs. Customers are also not afraid to leave a corresponding verdict for the South Korean company on platforms like Trustpilot. Here, people do not rant about the devices themselves. Instead, the currently obviously miserable customer service gets its comeuppance. However, the corresponding ratings always have to be put into perspective. It is in the nature of things that people only ever report on the Internet when something goes wrong. In the case of positive experiences, reviews are much rarer.

Is the Galaxy S22 to blame?

The South Korean electronics manufacturer itself has not yet responded to the latest negative reviews. Accordingly, we are only left with wild speculations as to why the otherwise so well-functioning customer service is currently acting disappointingly. Samsung itself, however, emphasizes that the demand for the current flagship Galaxy S22 is as high as never before. According to the South Koreans, they did not even expect such a high demand themselves. With this knowledge in mind, it is not surprising why especially customers of the Samsung smartphone suffer from the poor customer service.

Samsung says that not all Galaxy S22 models have the same problem. It probably depends on the color and features how long you have to wait. We hope that the electronics company can return to the usual good quality as soon as possible. After all, service is the be-all and end-all these days. This is especially true in the electronics industry. Just imagine that you currently have a defective Galaxy S22 at home, which is simply not exchanged. It could hardly be more annoying.
