Samsung has announced a new edition of the T45F business monitor that was launched last year. The only difference to the predecessor models is that the new versions are equipped with speakers.
Business monitor with FullHD resolution
The new models of the series are available in 24 as well as 27 inches, but the 22-inch version will not be reissued. The core of both new models is still an IPS panel, which resolves in Full HD in both cases. The so-called Eco-Saving technology is used, which is supposed to reduce the devices’ power consumption by automatically adjusting the brightness of dark elements – the energy efficiency class E according to the new classification is ultimately achieved.
The Flicker-Free technology and the Eye Saver mode are aimed at office work. The latter is a function that is supposed to reduce the emitted blue light and thus, just like the Flicker-Free technology, is supposed to protect the worker’s eyes. Laptops, tablets, computers and other devices can be connected via two HDMI ports as well as two USB 2.0 ports.
The new speakers, thanks to which the new models stand out from their predecessors, are located on the left and right sides of the back of the screens and are oriented towards the rear, which should help the sound quality.
Prices and Availability
Available now are both new screens. The 24-inch model retails for 135 euros, while no price has yet been announced for the 27-incher.
