Sharkoon releases ATX case “TG4M RGB

The hardware experts from Sharkoon have introduced a new case that at least looks pretty good. The “TG4M RGB” ATX case is a piece of hardware that could be a real eye-catcher in any gaming setup thanks to its mesh front and RGB. But according to Sharkoon, the design is not the only thing that matters. On top of that, good ventilation was apparently also a focus during the development. The manufacturer wants to install four fans with addressable RGB LEDs ex-works. Furthermore, Sharkoon promises to make it possible to accommodate even high-end hardware in the comparatively small case.

Focus on good ventilation

More and more powerful hardware usually also provides for increasing heat development. This makes it all the more important that there is good airflow in a case. This plays an even greater role in compact PC cases due to the limited space and the often tightly assembled components. Accordingly, Sharkoon has also set itself the task of creating conditions for the best possible airflow in the TG4M RGB. The starting point of the whole thing is probably the chic front panel. The modern mesh, which is used there, is not only chic, but also air-permeable.

To provide air circulation, Sharkoon relies on the installation of three fans, which should offer a size of 120 mm. The chic RGB fans, which become a real eye-catcher behind the mesh grille, get support from a fourth fan. The RGB fan, which is also 120 mm in size, creates the matching counterpart to enable circulation. All four fans are to be able to be adjusted comfortably per included RGB control in terms of colors.

A real eye-catcher

Already at first glance it becomes clear that Sharkoon creates here the best conditions to klotzen, not to spill. This is nothing new for connoisseurs of the TG series. The corresponding Sharkoon cases have always been considered the perfect solution for all those who not only want to assemble a powerful, but also a chic PC setup. To make sure you get to see the pretty RGB effects of the interior, Sharkoon not only relies on the aforementioned front panel made of mesh. On top of that, a side panel is used, which allows a glimpse into the interior thanks to tempered glass. In order to not ruin the look of the interior with ugly cables, Sharkoon offers special cable passages. These are located in the motherboard tray and make it possible to create a neat cable management.

Quite a lot of space despite ATX design

Sharkoon relies on a comparatively compact design for its TG4M RGB. With dimensions of 45.5 cm x 20 cm x 43 cm, it should be able to fit into the vast majority of setups without any problems. Nevertheless, the pretty case in ATX design is supposed to be best suited for gamers. After all, Sharkoon says that even high-end gaming hardware should be able to find room in the TG4M RGB. For this, the manufacturer also names suitable dimensions right away.

This should allow GPUs to be installed with a maximum length of 37.5 cm. Processor coolers should be able to have a maximum height of 16 cm. For the PSU, you should be able to choose hardware up to a length of 26.5 cm. In terms of storage space, the ATX case should be able to offer room for a maximum of two 3.5 inch drives. Besides these, Sharkoon promises space for a maximum of four SSDs. That sounds really considerable.

Price and Availability

Are you interested in the fancy ATX case? Then you can strike now. The Sharkoon TG4M RGB is available at an MSRP of 74.90 euros.
