With the Sharkoon SKILLER SHC10, SHC20 and SLC10, the manufacturer has introduced no less than three ergonomically shaped head and lumbar pillows that are supposed to support a healthy sitting posture, especially during longer gaming sessions.
Sharkoon SKILLER SHC10 and SHC20 as ergonomic head cushions
The HC in the name stands for “head cushion” and already reveals the intended use of both cushions. The two models Sharkoon SHC10 and SHC20 are ergonomically shaped pillows for the head, which can be attached to the head end of a gaming chair with a high backrest via an adjustable strap.
They are supposed to provide additional relief for the neck, especially during longer gaming sessions. The SHC10 has a rather classic shape, while the SHC20 with its U-shape is supposed to be a loyal ergonomic companion even when traveling.
The Sharkoon SKILLER SLC10, on the other hand, finds a place in the lumbar area and contributes to a full relief of the spine. The “lumbar cushion” is simply placed on the gaming or office chair. It cannot be attached.
High-quality and comfortable
All three of Sharkoon’s ergonomic cushions rely on a soft cushion cover that can also be cleaned. To do so, you simply need to remove the interior, turn the cover inside out, reseal the zipper, and then hand-wash the pillowcase to clean it.
However, the inner material made of high-quality memory foam cannot be cleaned. For this, it adapts exactly to the shape of the body and resumes its original shape when it is no longer loaded.
Prices and availability
All three of Sharkoon’s ergonomic cushions are available in stores now. The Sharkoon SKILLER SHC10 is priced at an MSRP of $19.90. The SKILLER SHC20 is available for 21.90 euros and the Sharkoon SKILLER SLC10 lumbar pillow costs 24.90 euros.
