With the SilentiumPC Navis F240 and F240 ARGB, the well-known manufacturer has just introduced a new generation of the popular Navis series for AIO CPU water coolers, developed in cooperation with Synergy Cooling. They rely on a 240mm radiator and feature high cooling performance and wide-ranging compatibility.
SilentiumPC Navis F240 and F240 ARGB unveiled
The two AIO CPU water coolers SilentiumPC Navis F240 and F240 ARGB differ, unsurprisingly, in terms of customizable RGB lighting. Both models rely on an ultra-quiet, asymmetrical PWM-controlled ceramic block pump. It is supported by a 240 mm radiator and two factory pre-installed Fluctus 120 PWM fans or two Fluctus 120 PWM ARGB fans in the ARGB model.
Both variants are also said to feature exceptional performance as well as quiet operation. According to the manufacturer, the acoustics in particular have been improved. The AIO water coolers of the Navis F240 family are equipped with a completely redesigned mounting system that allows for easier and faster installation. Thanks to the asymmetrical structure of the pump block and the specially designed sleeved hoses, the RAM height does not affect the installation process.
Both Navis F240 AIO water coolers can be installed right out of the box in AMD AM4 and Intel LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155, LGA1156, LGA2066, LGA2011-3 and LGA2011 sockets (square ILM). In addition, Pactum PT-3 thermal compound is also included, which is sufficient for multiple applications.
Efficient cooling system
The cooling system of the SilentiumPC Navis F240 and F240 ARGB is made up of three components. The base is the asymmetric water block, which effectively dissipates waste heat from the CPU and transfers it to a circulating liquid through specially designed channels.
An efficient and high-quality ceramic-bearing pump is used to circulate the cooling liquid. It has a high liquid flow rate with speeds ranging from 1,600 to 2,600 rpm and is equipped with PWM control.
The two Fluctus 120 PWM fans combine high cooling performance with a low noise level. This is made possible by Synergy Cooling’s psychoacoustic optimizations. In addition, the power curve of the fans has been adjusted to easily cope with the latest processor generation.
Synchronizable ARGB backlight
Addressable backlighting allows you to control individual colors of a single light source. Each of the LEDs in the Fluctus 120 PWM ARGB fans can emit a different color, opening up quite a few possibilities in lighting effects.
The fan lighting uses a standard 3-pin ARGB connector that is compatible with most popular addressable RGB systems, such as ASRock RGB Polychrome Sync, Asus Aura Sync, Biostar VIVID LED, EVGA RGB Headers, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, and MSI Mystic Light.
Other addressable lighting systems are also supported as long as they are compatible with the listed systems. The fan only needs to be plugged into the corresponding motherboard connector. The software allows control of colors and lighting modes.
Alternatively, the included Nano-Reset ARGB controller allows you to control the lighting without a compatible motherboard, here you can choose from many different modes such as rainbows, breathing effects and smooth transitions.
