Speedlink Gravity: New subwoofer with RGB lighting presented

With the Speedlink Gravity subwoofer system, the well-known manufacturer has introduced a new audio solution. It relies on RGB lighting and is supposed to provide a first-class sound, regardless of the selected audio source.

Speedlink Gravity: subwoofer system in detail

The active 2.1 speaker system Speelink Gravity wants to score with eye-catching RGB lighting and rich sound. On the one hand, it is suitable for connection to a PC or notebook, and on the other hand, it can also be connected to a smartphone, tablet or TV with the jack cable or via Bluetooth.

The sound is realized in a large case made of wood, which is supposed to provide deep bass and a balanced, intense sound volume. RGB lighting also lets the subwoofer and satellites shine in 16.7 million colors.

A special highlight is that the lighting effects can adapt to the music and thus provide a real disco feeling in your own home. There are a total of six lighting modes and effects to choose from: Gradient, Multi-color static, Color breathing, Single-color static, Off, On beat. Optionally, however, the Speedlink Gravity is also offered without RGB lighting at all.

Various connectivity options

Both devices are versatile and can be connected to a multimedia device, smartphone or tablet via an AUX cable as well as Bluetooth. Operation is convenient via the included tabletop remote control.

Other features include a power switch and automatic standby mode to prevent unnecessary power consumption. The outpout power is 60 watts, while the manufacturer specifies a peak power of 120 watts. Covered is a frequency band from 40 Hz to 20,000 Hz.

Speedlink Gravity

In total, the Speedlink Gravity weighs in at 4.5 KG. The subwoofer comes with dimensions of 261 x 259 x 263 mm (width x height x depth), while the satellites are 108 mm x 182 mm x 119 mm.

Price and Availability

The Speedlink Gravity 2.1 subwoofer system is available in stores now. The manufacturer’s MSRP is 99.99 euros for the model without RGB lighting, and 119.99 euros for the GRAVITY RGB 2.1 Subwoofer System.
