With the Speedlink Gravity subwoofer system, the well-known manufacturer has introduced a new audio solution. It relies on RGB lighting and is supposed to provide a first-class sound, regardless of the selected audio source.
Speedlink Gravity: subwoofer system in detail
The active 2.1 speaker system Speelink Gravity wants to score with eye-catching RGB lighting and rich sound. On the one hand, it is suitable for connection to a PC or notebook, and on the other hand, it can also be connected to a smartphone, tablet or TV with the jack cable or via Bluetooth.
The sound is realized in a large case made of wood, which is supposed to provide deep bass and a balanced, intense sound volume. RGB lighting also lets the subwoofer and satellites shine in 16.7 million colors.
A special highlight is that the lighting effects can adapt to the music and thus provide a real disco feeling in your own home. There are a total of six lighting modes and effects to choose from: Gradient, Multi-color static, Color breathing, Single-color static, Off, On beat. Optionally, however, the Speedlink Gravity is also offered without RGB lighting at all.
Various connectivity options
Both devices are versatile and can be connected to a multimedia device, smartphone or tablet via an AUX cable as well as Bluetooth. Operation is convenient via the included tabletop remote control.
Other features include a power switch and automatic standby mode to prevent unnecessary power consumption. The outpout power is 60 watts, while the manufacturer specifies a peak power of 120 watts. Covered is a frequency band from 40 Hz to 20,000 Hz.
In total, the Speedlink Gravity weighs in at 4.5 KG. The subwoofer comes with dimensions of 261 x 259 x 263 mm (width x height x depth), while the satellites are 108 mm x 182 mm x 119 mm.
